    Ingredients:
    1cup Almonds
    1cup cashew
    1/2 cup walnut
    1/2 cup fig
    2 tbl spoon sunflower seed
    2 tbl spoon pumpkinseed
    1/2 cup Raisins
    1/2 cup flax seeds
    2 tbl spoon poppyseed
    1/2 dry coconut grated (khopra)
    2 cup dates
    4tbl spoon chia seeds
    2 tbl spoon white sesame seeds
    1 tea spoon fennel seed
    Pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon powder
    2 green cardamom
    1 cup Jaggery syrup (optional)
    1/2 cup Badam gondh
    Ghee for fry.
    Roast all above ingredients one by one with ghee. Let it cool. Grind coarsely in pulse mode. Add jaggery thick syrup and make laddu and eat one laddu with glass of milk early morning.
