Love-hate relationship with burpees. Personally, I'd say the FIRST burpee is the easiest! ;-) I did 100 in 6mins 35 seconds today...am impressed with myself, as I'm 64 and 'only' managed 9mins 53seconds a couple of days ago! I find an ascending pyramid of 2,4,6, 8 (5x) - saying to yourself 'I'm starting with 2, then 4 etc..' then having little breather after 20 - is mentally much less daunting than just doing 1 after another. Not sure I'll keep doing them every day. At my age, I need some rest and recovery!
Awesome stuff! Being in touch with your body is key. I've always found that the body has a lot more than the mind can allow sometimes so getting that balance of knowing when to push through and when to ease off is key. You have to be honest with yourself, in the moment. I like your rep breakdown, whatever it takes to get the job done. 💪💪

That's epic Sasha, I thought that's what you were up to. You inspired me to start on this Hyrox journey so happy to feed some of that inspiration back! I'm doing a pull up challenge at the mo, but the wall balls does sound like a good one!
The number is only relevant to you. Pick a number you can stick to every day, but pushes you outside your comfort zone. For me that was 100 X 100 but for you maybe 30 x 30 is the first step. It's about commitment to the consistency rather than the numbers 💪

I started my first 100 and i feel mangled but feel great! I'll try do it everyday but i got other workouts to do but this is q frigging good workout!
