USA did not sign up to the ICC (but it laid the charge there)...nor is Russia signed up but it is accused, and the charge is VERY suspect since the international community has access to the children and they ( the children) do not agree that they have been abducted.

Has this man you are interviewing done his homework on why Putin may have taken the children allegedly. Ukraine, USA and EU have committed far more atrocities in Ukraine than Putin could ever dream of doing,...so my suggestion to this person, do your homework before you voice options on subjects you so obviously have no knowledge of..
