yaar... that's a good recommendation list. last one definitely not the one. it does not do justice to south food. other places i haven't visited. will try to visit them. but I have visited pillyarappa dosa shop. 2/5 stars. being brought up in southern part of India, the dosa here is below average. sambar and chutney se aacha ketchup se kha lunga me.
