Boomer here, 41. D-Rose career definitely a tear jerker. He's this generations version of what Grant Hill was for mine. Legit potentially one of the greatest HoF'ers the game has ever seen, derailed by injury, but not before we all got a taste or what could have been.

This is missing one of the biggest games of them all. Brandon Roy's come back against the Dallas Mavs that would eventually become champs. This was Roy's last game before being forced to retire due to his bad knees. In the post game interview "I didn't know if I would ever play basketball again"

We was the top dawg and one injury derailed everything. Relegated to a 6-7th option on throwaway rosters, much like everyone thought he was for the T-Wolves but, him grabbing 50 in the retro black was something special.
I stopped at 2 minutes, NBA has been my getaway since I was born and Im honestly still not ready for that. If it wasnt for kobe, lebron, and tim duncan I would not be the man I am today. Almost like watching your grandfathers funeral when you werent trying to. Love and Respect to a Legend

7:23 that literally happened to me 5 weeks ago, when i landed after getting pushed when lay-upping, i landed with my knee extended straight and put all my body weight on it. I couldn’t even walk after that and took 2-3 weeks to heal, i really feel for him

He was a career G Leaguer, spent 10 years playing in America but never in the NBA. Finally in one of the last games of the season when the Lakers were out of the playoff picture they called him up and he went nuts, 19 points in his debut game as a 32 year old.
