Salt Crusted Crappie Recipe | Cooked Over an Open Fire!

A few months ago, I was able to haul in a pile of fish, thanks to Chester's Crappie Guide Service. I said in that video, that I had this recipe coming up. Well, here it is. This is one of my favorite ways to cook whole fish, and what makes it even better is the simplicity and doing it all outdoors. Give this a try and pick the bones clean!
