Is it possible to seek asylum in Pakistan? Watching this has reduced me to look inside my cupboards & freezer & fridge and feel nothing but disappointment. Care, attention, ingredients all brought together with not only other herbs, spices but the knowledge of how to cook things in comparison so everything as served at its very best. I have recently cooked lambs kidneys, liver & hearts into a byriani - If found this video earlier, I would have been more adventurous! Thank you for posting this video, it's entertaining, educating and making me hungry.
And the best thing is, you wont feel all the spices over powering the food itself, anywhere in Pakistan, you will taste spices separately and taste of food too.
