It wasn't him. It was the eery airy pronunciation that made room for more grammar and language processing. The stress would 'ave eaten 'im up otherwise.

Never in a million years would I have guessed this would be this week's sketch. Felt a bit different and that's refreshing. Very funny. Laughing even more on the second watch - some fantastic lines and delivery! OK it's better every watch through!! 😂

I can't pick a favorite moment, but the foppish glee when Mr. Fancy-pants brings up My Fair Lady was a hoot.
My brain hurts from internally adding H's simultaneously to him speaking so that I understand what he means while also processing the many puns and misunderstandings that the missing H's cause. This is soo clever! 😂😂👏👏👏

That's funny, I had to keep reminding myself that he wasn't pronouncing his "h" sounds, since my brain was just processing the words as if he was...
I'm Swedish, but live in SE London, when I first met my husband, we frequently had conversation that went a bit like: 'but why do you need an airbrush?- To brush my 'air!" 20 years on I'm now capable of of saying several sentences without using 'ardley any consonants!
Technically a glo'al stop *is* a consonant.

This was so clever. I loved the interaction between Foil and Hog but I died when Arms started explaining things "in simple English" 🤣🤣
Foil is great in this one! First the white suit, the tache, but then he also nails his lines with the posh yet friendly accent and his swinging moods are crazy fun (the background music does a good job, too) Still laughing while watching the 20th time today!!
A good friend from uni, a cool French guy, jokingly told us "I ate you! I ate you!" while we were messing around. It took a few seconds to understand what he meant.

probably had to do it at night though.
This video is a master class on how to set up a scene with minimal physical props and on a minimal budget. I'm sure that getting the lighting and shadows just right took a lot of work, but that really sold the sketch, and made for a great parody of a scene from your stereotypical Hollywood crime thriller.

This was like a modern Two Ronnies sketch, but with three of you! That was brilliant and I had no trouble following the conversation, even with all the dropped aitches.
It's weird isn't it? After a while you just start dropping the H's automatically as you're listening

It's always good when you add a bit of drama or darkness into the sketch. It just makes it funnier
When it's dark or any one of them acts in an exagerated way, you just know that it'll be sooo damn funny😂

I only found your channel last night, and I have been binge-watching your videos. This one takes the cake though. I actually had to stop at 2:10 timestamp when "pretty Andy" was introduced as I was laughing so hard with tears streaming down my face that I could not continue for a wee bit. Gotta subscribe now.

I'd love to see more sketches like this. The great set (especially the lighting and shadows) really sells this sketch, and the mix of sinister underworld, naive victim, and hilarious misunderstandings and puns is hilarious.

😂 That was fantastic! 🤣 I always thought that Foil is good in villain roles, but Hog makes a good villain too. And when Arms came sneaking in 🤣 that was hilarious. I loved the 007 vibes and the gangster setting. Almost a bit like a grownup version of the hard lads 😅. The hammer was a bit like a throwback to the old sketch where Hog threatened Arms character to tell him all about the night with the girl he had over. 😅

I have an issue pronouncing my h's in English too, but I never thought it could lead to life-threatening misunderstandings. This was hilarious (do I have to pronunce the h, I am not sure)... 😊
Avoid scientist outfits and you should be able to avoid... this very specific situation 😂👍

'Og with 'is 'ammer was a brilliant villain, and reminiscent of the old "It's Good To Talk" sketch. Foil's character looks like he could fight his way out if he wanted [Foil's too sexy for his shirt... ah, never mind] but he's either too polite to fight and/or too innocent/dimwitted to figure out that he might be in real danger. Arms' character [Pretty Andy 😜] was wonderfully menacing! The concept and script were hilarious and the lighting was perfectly done.
