Well... Stihl is 1.5HP, but it has dull chain (if you sharpen it, it'll eat that thing like nothing) and maybe it needs its bar to service. Hecht has only 1HP. But price difference is massive.
By hte way i have a Hecht 945 and it still runs. It's around 8 years it cuts trees and bucks firewood and nothing wrong with it except 2 things: D-shaped screw heads for tuning carburettor and chain tensioner - i like when screw is on the side. But quality is good! Changed original muffler for custom made, it pulls a bit better and pistin and cylnder are mint with no scratches and carbon. Hecht are great value for money.
