Discipline is very important for the preparation of an athlete because thanks to the perseverance great results are achieved, this applies to any sports discipline, and for any athlete, be it a beginner or an elite

The video is about the importance of physical activity in people and especially in students. What I liked the most is that it tells us that you live ina stressful world and the army is indispensable to have good physical and psychological health. This is related to my career as it tells us about its importance in society.

When we talk about education, we generally refer to theoretical subjects, little is said about sport. Precisely physical education exposes the way in which children can be educated through play, at the same time introducing them to sports. Thus children show a more complete development.

Wouldn't you complete your work more poorly if you have less time to do it?

"Oh my goodness! Our 10-year-old son has brain damage! How on Earth did that happen?"
"Well, you forced him to practice football since he was eight years old. He's lucky to be alive."
"Oh my goodness! Our son barely graduated from high school! How on Earth did that happen?"
"Well, you forced him to waste 20 hours every weekend on sports instead of studying and sleeping. What did you think would happen?"
