We are so right, Goshman's work is some of the cleanest and well organized effects in closeup I have ever witnessed. His salt shaker routine as well as his coins through table are classics and perfect lessons in the art of misdirection. the visual retention in your transfer PC is excellent, beautifully done ... PS if anyone is interested his book "Magic by Gosh" is well worth reading for a magician at any level of perforance

I've only ever seen your comedic CZcams videos (which I enjoy) & I'm sincerely impressed at what a brilliant educator you are when it's time to roll up the sleeves & get down to business. Clear, concise and thorough. Bravo good sir, bravo!

This false transfer is genius-- and love the fact it's not knuckle busting, just going to work on my timing. I'll be practicing this one thanks so much!!!!

This is make me see if there's a lot option from retention or french drop, not quietly easy as simple as you did, coz i see there's still hanged moment when i close my hand, still need more practice to make it more comfort like retention or french drop 😎
    Thanks man

You're dam good at this. I wonder if you would be as convincing IRL. After all, just the fact we're out here looking at video makes our mind naturally accept some missing frames, and even fill them in.
Either way, I'm sure you're one of the best I've seen with this move.

It's the same in real life and if you've ever seen someone do a similar technique you would swear that you can see the coin.

Good one! Is that me or you're getting serious, no silly joke in this vid! :)

  • @clintn.kildepstein1656

I’m really more of a card magician, but do you think it’s worth it to take up coin magic? Is it easier or harder to learn than card magic?

Gosh, man, that was a good sleight. Though seriously, it seems like a lot of moves with the name Goshman in them are absolute fire. He has a certain move that I'm not sure is mine to teach, I'll just say it works great in a pinch. And it works well for all the "It's in your other hand! Ah ha! I solved the trick!" pain in the asses. Sure once they see you open your palm and show that they're "wrong," they could investigate but usually don't, so they instead make a face and cross their arms, and for magicians that's almost a better feeling than all the sex they're never going to have.
