She has a fair point. But KRS dam vishyadalli convincing conclusion siklilla ansutthe as general opinion was that there was no major issue in the dam structure. But quarrying and other activities were to be really stopped within 20km radius. She should have come out more strongly.

first people should understand the difference between responsibilities of MP and MLA. local issues are MLA'ss responsibility. MP is expected to represent the constituency in a larger broader policy formation level and overall development. MP should make sure govt schemes are executed and implemented properly, and all citizens get the benefit. those who randomly talk about tree cutting, IT etc don't understand that India is changing from bullock cart rides, open air toilets and cash transaction era to Highways, bank & insurance for all, toilets, pipe water to every house and a better quality of life. just like tree cutting is not development, the khangress era memories of - shitting in open , walking miles to get water, driving on pot holed roads, traveling in stinky rickety rusty old trains and not having money or facilities for medical treatment - are also not development.
