- Dr. Karam's beautiful Vertical Restore patient, Kathy, has been kind enough to share her day-by-day facelift healing process with us, and it is amazing to see the progress she's made after one month! Kathy is 58 years old, and she came to Dr. Karam because she was experiencing signs of aging throughout her face. In order to address her concerns, Dr. Karam performed the Vertical Restore facelift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, and a lip lift. Kathy has also started using the KaramMD Skin Trifecta regimen in order to ensure her skin is getting all the vitamins and nutrients it needs to look its best. There are videos that show the “scars” which are really barely noticeable.

It will extremely hard for any plastic surgeon to get a patient to go in after they healed without makeup. The before picture with out makeup is before surgery they can’t have makeup on . Or they are during consultation they remove to see what they are dealing with

I love this doctor's work - but I don't think I would ever go for the lip lift. That scar under the nose remains evident forever.

Sorry NOT Sorry but c'mon lady's you have to read more, watch more videos about the surgical procedure and the before and after pictures, because what I can tell you from my own experience with almost the exact same stitches and in the same place is that there's no way that you can see any stitch once you heal good, I absolutely understand that this pictures may look kind of scary but if you dedicate some time to reach the right plastic surgeon and educate as much as you can on that specific surgical procedure everything is going to be just fine, trust me...

She’s got a scar underneath her nose that will never disappear
Hopefully the scar will get a lot better. However I noticed as time progressed her face appeared to be less symmetrical. Perhaps one side was more swollen, although usually you would think the swelling would decrease with time

@@cinef1la I'm completely aware of that. I just feel that after surgery her facial features especially around her mouth area appear to be less symmetrical, and one side appears a lot more lifted. It looks like it might be due to over tightening or pulling in the wrong direction. You can see in week 2 pictures the taught skin looks different on both sides. I'm not an expert, perhaps in a few weeks the skin will recover and relax. It's just scary to think that a few millimetres tighter or higher in one direction can change the whole shape of someone's face

Who would purposely do this to themselves? It’s not going to change who you are. I’m 55 and I eat very healthy, I am active and drink lots of water and take care of my skin. I don’t look like I’m in my 20’s but people think I’m a lot younger than I am. That’s more rewarding than going under the knife and it’s good for your heart, body and soul.

You obviously don't work in marketing or advertising, so let me educate you in a little psychological piece of experiential marketing (aka Promotion, part of the 5 Ps). Targeting an appropriate market segment means choosing music appropriate FOR the broadest part of the market, and avoiding focusing on what one personally likes. (This is something PR and Promotions managers need to learn. It isn't about you!) One of the ways you do this is choosing music from the eras where your target market was first exposed to Pop Culture and where their brains were "neurologically pruning", aka from the ages 14-26, and occasionally a little later... for those in their 40s - 60s this means using music from the late 70s through late 90s, although I'd add in some early 70s funk because it is undeniably sexy, which fits the product and consumer desires... get it? This comment has nothing to do with you... and everything to do with reaching the deepest neurological parts of the broadest consumer segment.
