The ship owners should pay, NOT TAXPAYERS !!!
I live in San Diego, i don't want to pay for this crap !

Your gonna pay pay for it cause the US Coast Guard got
the most responsibility for the preventable accident that
cost 6 lives. And your gonna pay 100% of the cost for
      a full replacement, modern times

Why is it that NTSB Homendy said that
the FBI determined that this preventable accident
was not related to cyber terrorism when they only spent
a couple hours on the ship and didn't examine none of the
equipment? I liken that to "Mission First People Always" when
she knew that the ships engineers been on there 8 months & she
ain't pushed back 1 bit. What's her recommendation on that?

Ship insurance and those pilot union/insurance should be paying, not me/my tax dollars.

If somebody heard the last part of this hearing live on the radio,
pls send me an answer to this question so I can pick it up in my
notifications on youtube. Vice ADM Gautier was asked in closing
if he had any further comment he wanted to make and he listed
    (2) locations outside and off shore of the United States that the
US Coast Guard was placed to effect a mission. Somehow his
response was cut outta this video to conceal the outrageous
decisions somebody made at the highest levels of Govt. Where are those
locations? Are they half way around the world when we so understaffed,
under resourced, overworked and grinded into the earth that
they can't even cover all functions on the United States Coast
    that they responsible for?
I need to know so I can be specific when I send my complaint
letter into Joe Biden & Def Sec LLoydd Austin.
