The following belongs to the RIP list: 1) The Riddle Bridge book 2) The Wisdom Tree (as I've asked a true or false? question on episode 18) 3) David Brockett music 4) Feathers as lives 5) The six warrior's emblems 6) Way of the Warrior 7) Exchanging rings for a life 8) Weekly grouped challenges (a new group of warriors starts a new week where after that in S11 and 12, they start one day after the previous group had finished instead of a two day break)
@@letthechallengebegin Oh yes, those as well since we'd seen the group down to 4 and the logo has changed. I didn't think of those. I wonder what the Riddle Bridge voice actress is up to since season 10.
@@letthechallengebegin I think there's also the Castle Toward settings (all of them), the brown Demon robes, the totem poles, and Raven and Nevar's original staffs and the latter's original costume and lair. With the new series, I don't think they should've called it Raven, or given it a fantasy setting. They should've given it a spy or period epic setting (feudal Japan or something), and set it up as part of a trilogy (with Raven being the first part, Mission: 2110 being the second part and the third series (presented by Aisha, aka the new Raven) being the third part). The new series just looks and feels like an unholy matrimony of Raven (the fantasy setting and the spinoff animal teams) and Mission: 2110 (four people per heat, red-blue-green-yellow colour scheme and rings to show place, rather than lives). Still, I could voice the Wisdom Tree, if ever they resurrect it. And I still can't get my head round the fact that Roj Blake (RIP Gareth Thomas) was the original tree's voice.
I first saw this series back in 2015 and I was thinking to myself "Will I ever see this series again". But thanks to me discovering your channel back in December and I will be viewing this episode later. Once I have at the final minute, I will be overwhelmed with joy.
Not gonna lie, I get a bit teary eyed watching this episode, especially the ending with Sarjed, the music the camera work just the stuff of absolute beauty honestly. Considering this was the last episode we had for 7 years this was essentially the end of an era. so that's probably another reason and if this truly was the last ever Raven we were ever to get then it seems fitting it would be the episode that would crown arguably one of the strongest warriors of all time.
27:42 sad to think that when James Mackenzie said "Farewell" he didn't expect this to be his last series as Raven. Noone did! From what I've learned future series including spinoffs were being planned by producers, and the BBC's decision to "rest" the show came as a shock to everyone!
The one thing that annoys me about the end of each series is the fact you never got to see the winner go toe to toe with Nevar and vanquish him with their new staff.
Hiya dude - me again! Don't suppose you've got/could upload somehow S5E9, S5E11 or S10E4 have you?? The only ones I can't seem to find! Thanks again buddy - your channel is class x
Yeah I've noticed that's where there are gaps in the series! It's something I've been looking into fixing. Not had any luck yet but once I do I'll get the episodes uploaded
The end of this and the end of season 7 are the two pinnacles of the show. The reboot was completely different so this was the last of the “good” series. While the move in season 8 didn’t make the show worse, the powerpoint presentations for the lives and rings were never fun so season 7 was arguably the last and most advanced the “true” raven ever got.
Should’ve used the original credits soundtrack considering it’d be the last episode of the OG series. And also when on IPlayer Raven showed as series 1 and 3 but on CZcams everyone searched it as series 11 and 12. Still either way Raven was good as it was
It's my favourite tv program I think Raven is a amazing

Also challenges with teams of 3 and James Mackenzie as Raven and the old Logo and old Map.

I've never known a warrior start a day so far behind the others that it would be impossible for them to avoid Way of the Warrior from the get go!
I actually cried when Sarjed won, I was sooo happy.

P.s. you've been a star on uploading 19 of the 20 episodes, I do know what went wrong with the fourth one.

So glad Sarjad won wish she wore Cloud.
Throughout the series I always found it funny how James never says ‘today’ but rather ‘this day’

So whatever became of the new series? Cancelled?
@@michaeltownley9144 series 10 (this series), filmed in 2009, aired 2010. Then future series cancelled. Until series 11 and 12 filmed 2017...

What a win for Sajard how hard it was for her at first but she deserved it
I agree. The others weren't much competition for her though.

AFTER DAY 4 OF THE FINAL WEEK
SARJED (WATER):- 9 LIVES + 8 RINGS
LIMONN (MOUNTAIN):- 7 LIVES + 6 RINGS
COPROV (CLOUD):- 4 LIVES + 7 RINGS
And now the end is near and so we face the final curtain...
