    You're doing great, Jester! I only wish you didn’t have to do the scale every day; that seems more harmful than good. Keep reconstructing yourself into the person you want to be! I know you'll meet your goals! 😁👊

      Thanks! I don't have to get on the scale everyday but I do for data. The scale no longer harms me or causes me to panic because I know I am consistently following my diet plan! The scale is no longer my enemy! 👊
