The oldest girl at 21:40 has a smile on her face because of rice, yes RICE people! It just goes to show you how much suffering is going on there. No child should have to go hungry or worry when they will eat next.. It's sad to know and see this going on in this day and age..
I know of three families in the Philippines that cannot even get rice, two of them have small children. I haven't the cash to buy them rice but would if I could. No one should have to go through this situation. How do I ask for help on their behalf because the various governmental departments won't reply to emails nor will the embassy here in the UK
@@Clivegsd YES U CAN. If u send them even 2 UK$ that cd maybe buy 6 lbs of rice. I used to sell aluminum cans when I had no cash n send it to help poor kids in Caribbean via money transfer or money thru P.O. How about the phone # of grocer there in Philippines? Try. God has blessed me so much I don't do that selling anymore. I don't know cash app, paypal or those things n I don't trust it, guess I'm too old to learn.

Just out of curiosity how much does the 2 bags of rice cost? It’s heartbreaking to see how people are greatful for 1000 pesos and here my child complains for not getting a $60 LEGO set. I agree that Duterte is not perfect, but no person is. It is correct that he is talking in a way that no other Philippino president has done before, but he has also seem to have done more against crime and corruption then any other Philippino president. I beleave the situation had gotten so out of hand so someone like Duterte was needed.
My personal opinion: An inperfect man who still do all he can to fight against crime set a better example then a well mannered politician who do nothing against crime and corruption. Also note that the Corona emergency seem to be handled better in the Philippines then in most other countries.
If duterte was doing his job this video of pinoys who need donations would not be needed.
@@ptm8375 Dutertes job is not to deliver food to every philippinos home personally. His job is to make sure that the baranga oficials get the recources to do it. I have seen on video that this work on many places, while on other places that help never reach the poor. I really hope that bad local politicians that hold back the aid will get exposed and kicked out of office (preferably into jail) after this.
If I do something bad at work, you cant blame my boss for it. But if I continue doing bad things at work, my boss knows about it without trying to do anything about it he is to blame. Philippines is not without corruption, but as far as I have seen on my own visits to the Philippines it is less of a problem now then it was before Duterte.
