I think these are some well thought out designs and they have a nice balanced look... Not too tactical. Probably the one feature missing that will unfortunately have me less willing to purchase is that not only is there no bottle holder built in, but no webbing to add one. Especially for the smaller commute/edc packs, you would have to use the pack and bladder at your desk instead of just removing a bottle which can then go around with you.
I own Maxpedition, 511 and some others they are all uncomfortable compared to the regular REI style camping bags. I was happy to see Sog get the right design, but no comfort!. When you are carrying a heavy load and walking for miles comfort is very important.
Thanks for the line up... helps to see what packs a co. has made for different purposes. The Ranger looks perfect for hiking here at home in GSMNP!! TY
These packs look great, would like to know their weight as some of the tactical packs tend to be on the heavy side. Now Marshall, you would have to let us know as soon as you have them in your store. Thanks + Regards
Hi Marshall. My names Rich Long from the UK, really love all the video reviews and show coverage you do especially the flashlight reviews. Which brings me into what I'm looking forward to you filming. I am currently after a long throw flashlight maybe something like the Olight javelot and also looking for a good flood flash light. I love the Olight brand can't wait to see if they have any new products at shot show. I recently purchased the SR 30 mkll baton for work and love the the Finnish, performance and attention to detail. Anyway keep up those excellent videos all the best from the uk. Regards Rich.

Some of the coolest looking packs out there
Great SHOT Show interviews, great questions and plenty of familiarity with the new gear

Something needs to be said its very hard to see the details of a black colored pack on you tube. I mean there are other colors.
I'm in love with these packs

I can't find these packs on the linked website! :/
Looks good! But the flat back - it's not good idea, and there is no ventilation - will sweat.
+MrJetpaul also if you put handgun as he said it will be probably unbearable.
Which is best as a camera bag?
Hey, you have a new watch?
Need integrated rain covers.
looks like a re brand maxpedtion AGR
+simezra Indeed!
+simezra
In design, yes, but far away from Maxpedition AGR in quality (SOG outer material looks like standard cheap nylon).
Does my of them have a breathable back or if I wear it, will my back be sweating?
Antonio Botello i have the seraphim, and it is near perfection. No sweat problems and it is full of great features
I really like these packs, kinda disappointed in the prices tho....was really hoping it'd be a bit cheaper
Same here. My heart sank when I heard the price
+LessthanRyan92 I think you will end up seeing these sold on Amazon for much less than retail.
+Outa ThisWorld I hope so... I don't mind spending more for quality, but over $200 for a backpack isn't something I can constitute
same, the quality looks good but this isn't a brand I see myself spending 150+ dollars for.........but hey, ya never know lol
i thumbed it up & i appreciate the video. it's SOG's fault ........ i hate that pack. thx4vid, though.
