I bought a QII 2006 eightieth birthday uk crown from the car boot sale for £3 in a presentation package. The packaging is falling apart but the coin is an absolute minter! Should I carefully try to stick the packet back together with the coin in it, which would be possible with some patience and some glue. Or as it's such a low value coin should I put it in a flip and preserve its fantastic condition in there?

Here in Australia we have coloured $1 and $2 coins in circulation. The $2 in particular are very popular with collectors and many of them get 'noodled out' so finding one is quite a challenge. Some of them can be valuable - a 2012 Red Poppy $2 (mintage 600k) in above average condition would be worth in the range $100-200 (50-100 UKP).

Question for next video! How much would you estimate the average value of the original 2009 Kew Gardens? I'm often on the lookout for eBay auctions but discourage myself in fear of counterfeits. I trust Koin Club but they're listed for £379.99, tad out of budget as of current.

Hi Christopher, about a week ago I found a 2018 U for Union Jack 10p in the till at work in Hampshire, it was handed to me by a customer. Needless to say I exchanged it out later for a 10p from the 'glovebox parking fund'. My first time finding an alphabet coin in the wild! Fingers crossed for a new few entries into the books next hunt

Yesterday I found an "F" for Fish n Chips 2018, it was at the bottom of a holdall I've not used for three years! Can't remember finding it at the time, I usually do put "keepers" separate from other coins😀

2018 E in a vaultex bag, and I've had two nifc 50ps in the space of 3 weeks one of which was the lion witch and wardrobe, other was a definitive shield 😊
