- oh lord. i rendered this video at least 5 times, everytime there was something i didn't like. but in the end here it is.
the other night there was p&p on tv and i since it's one of my fave movie i rewatched. the following day i was making the video.

I assume you meant about Mr. Darcy's wealth? Because it's not unheard of for a guy to seem a little prickly and cover his shyness with being rude. That applies to any person. You'll need to dedicate time towards that person to see what they're really like. Just like how both Darcy and Elizabeth did.

I am in love with this movie
One time I was really sad on how I was not being able to take control over a situation in my life and just adulthood in general and, since I had a day off, I saw absolutely no reason not to see P&P 3 times in a row... It felt so freeing, like ‘wow, why I never did this before. I can so do things like that whenever I want now, whatever if it’s weird, I don’t own anyone nothing’ haha. I know it sounds incredibly silly but it was such an awakening for me (not to say it happens to be quite healthy for the mind some say 😊)
Same - classy and timeless, Jane Austen not only had a sense for her own epoch, but for depicting the inner emotions and troubles of human beings that'll only take on different shapes throughout time. That's why her messages are still very actual and always will be. Thank you, Miss Austen!
The book is even better I really recommend
this is my top favorite movie's.
I can watch “Pride and Prejudice” everyday and never get tired of it. If only our Mr.Darcy Existed!!

My favorite p&p version. Matthew as Mr. Darcy is perfect. Can portray the "tough on the outside soft on the inside" character
It dawned on me, that his casting was genius, the audience fall in love as she does. If he won you over from his first scene, by looks, the magic of their growing chemistry would have been lost. Just perfect imo

An older guy here who loves romance movies and this one is one of my favorites. It's maybe because he is such a out of touch guy who finds his way through love of someone else other than just himself. edit: I thought this was just going to be a clip but instead it's a masterpiece of cuts and editing. Well done.

Lovely. The dancing scene, where the shot cuts to just the two of them dancing, is wonderful. The last clip on the video is taken from the American version of the film, and (speaking as an old-fashioned Englishman) sort of spoils 'unrequited' electricity of the rest of the video (and indeed the actual film).
