I've long been a fan of Sufjan Stevens and I have a deep love of this album. Even going in with that level of appreciation, I was still blown away but how stunningly beautiful this performance was. Absolutely one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen.

Not that I want the few remaining tickets to be taken up when I'm trying to figure out a way to get out to NYC to see it at Park Ave Armory, but saw the last couple of performances in Chicago, and was a in a puddle of tears by the end; just couldn't hold it in as much as I tried. What a wonderfully moving piece told through dance, music, acting. Was always a fan of Peck's work, and of Sufjan's from Call Me By Your Name. So happy to see dancers I've followed for years now with amazing careers -- Ricky, Ben, Robbie, Craig, and newer dancers whose careers will skyrocket. Let's hope there's a Broadway transfer, or a filmed version, as it'd be great to view multiple times to see the detail and bigger picture from different perspectives.
