Lung abscess

Lung abscess is an infection in the lung which can look like lung cancer. Biopsy is often required to make the diagnosis. It is usually caused by aspiration of material from the stomach or infection from the teeth getting into the lung.

Yes, it is an interesting case of a lung abscess. Lung infections can be serious but this is a better result than a lung cancer.
