He was raised in the black church during the civil rights movement, after 7 am mass in Irish town, raised in the Puerto Rican community where he drove a school bus, and a lifeguard when he defeated corn pop and drove a truck , when his dad was a coal miner in scranton and he heard the bed creaking in his folks room, in the jewish community where he helped the Palestinian people.

Then-first lady Hillary Clinton used the term “super predators” in a 1996 speech in New Hampshire in support of the 1994 crime bill. Biden did warn in a 1993 speech of "predators on our streets" who were "beyond the pale" in support of the Biden Crime Bill.
1997 Biden tried to push back the effects of his crime bill. Millions of blacks had been put in chain and prison. Not by GOP but by Democrats. Clinton's supported the Crime Bill. Let that sink in.

Biden straight up said, on national TV, that if you don't vote for him, you're not black. A white man said, to a black man's face, that you are only part of your culture when that white man says you are.
Not only did the black interviewer stay silent like a good boy; the black culture stayed silent. No protests, no push back.
Are there some that are resisting? Very few. But most are brainwashed.

There's no question that Biden's been through a lot as president, especially at his age and with everything that unfolded throughout his current term. But unlike Trump, he did take his job seriously for the most part. He's just slow to act at times and one needs to respect that.
