    I am a local Sabahan. Thank you for your positive comments on the tourism in Sabah. Very sorry for the rubbish on the sea, it has been a long issue here in Sabah and remains unsolved till now. Hopefully the current authority will need to double (or triple) their efforts to clean up the place for the safety of the local population and the foreign tourists.

    • @Gymson
      @Gymson  Před 5 měsíci +1

      @@keangwooichoo6138 Honestly I think no reason to be sad, we all can do our part. I sometimes love to pick up rubbish to put in the bin, but of course I feel like even if its in the bin its gonna end up in wrong places... Like we need less plastic usage and better recycling. I think all of that can be done, but all good things start from community usually. I love video on Instagram how people clean up rivers, even by liking that we give more exposure to this kind of activities to promote that to increase in popularity and get cleaner Earth to live in.

    This island in sabah is all beautiful and interesting but garbage! Which spoils the scenery and is very embarrassing, whatever goes back to the authorities who are not strict about cleanliness, it really humiliates not only the state of sabah but the whole of malaysia..😢

    • @Gymson
      @Gymson  Před 3 měsíci

      Yeah it is lovely there. Garbage is issue, i think we all can make difference in our everyday lives by reducing waste. I always reject plastic bags, use my backpack, try to avoid eating places where they use single use dishes. Im definitely far from perfect, but i think even this kind of small changes in our society would lead to way more manageable plastic amounts to recycle. In Australia a lot of people took takeaway coffee with their own containers, that was pretty cool to see. So shop makes more profit by saving on cups and reduce in waste.
