Please identify this oversight team commanding all these operations (the spokesman's first name is Carl, I think I heard him referred to; but in several days of these updates, I haven't heard the name of the organization he represents. Is it a federal agency, a military wing, or something other (e.g. private corporate)??? If anyone sees this comment and knows/heard the answer to my Q., I'd appreciate your posting here. Thank you.
