Hi Nicole! Great to know I helped you somehow 😊 Based on the condo living expenses I shared + your other personal expenses ie groceries/food/rent, you can compute if your salary would be sufficient without sacrificing putting aside money for your emergency fund too!

Average rent in makati is P20-35K/mon depending on the developer :)
