less stress condo mas ma enjoy ang life promise. ang management mas maayus mag ka problema man kayang kaya ng mangement ayusin mabilis..lonely kahit paligiran mo ng maraming tao kung malungkot yan malungkot lonely yan pero ang alone can be happy doing thing she likes, wants..mas mkill mo srili mo at mas maging independent ka.

Not sure if I should start living in a condo by myself. I am plannig to rent for 1 year My net worth is like 1.5M php but I kinda don't want to spend my money. It will probably cost me 300k for a year. I have 2 jobs. In a year, I will be earning around 500k naman. Ok lang kaya mabawasan ang pera?

How much is the ideal salary to live in a condo?
Average rent in makati is P20-35K/mon depending on the developer. I'd say ideally, 50% max of your salary should cover living expenses ie rent, electricity, association dues, groceries etc
