I love the special guest appearances!! 😍 Didn't know until right now how much I like white oak doors.
Right!!! I am in love with the white oak!! I started using it a year or two ago, and I love it more and more with each job! Yes! I love bringing my little helpers with me on Fridays! make it special for all of us. Thanks for the comment!
Get up with D.C Clark @clark deco in PA for Milesi. $70-$100 per gallon. Also get your helpers a respirator
This reminds me so much of when i was a kid and went out to help my dad paint. At the age of twelve i was able to mask like a pro haha
Great job, they look amazing 💥💥
Thank you so much! Definitely proud of these doors! Great stain and great topcoat!! Thanks for the comment 👍 🙏
Nice one Dude💪
Wow. That's impressive.
Thank you so much 🙏 😊😇
Did these doors have a stain on them? Is so what was it? They are beautiful!! Do you have to use a stain on white oak if you are trying to achieve a natural finish?
Hey I don’t know if you heard of this but fastrack equipment makes amazing racks for spraying doors and you can spray both sides. Check out there instagram it’s awesome stuff. Anyway good work as always. It’s good to see a real painter
Hey thank you Tyler so much, I appreciate it 🙏 Yes I have seen that system lately on my Instagram and actually reached out to them to see if they would give us a good deal, but haven't heard back yet. Their rack system looks awesome though, thank you for the heads up
Just watched the white oak door video and was wondering what was the stain used prior to the milesi clear coat used on the doors? I’m trying to achieve the same look on my white oak stair treads.
Hey Marla, you can also do a color match to desert oak or in the minwax line I like classic gray or weathered gray💪👍 I think that will achieve the same kind of look and you would like it. If you go to sherwin or any cabinet supply shop, they should be able to match the shinoke stain in their product to match the desert oak. thanks for the comment. 🙏🤝
Milesi is great stuff. Vertical hang is off the hook. Nothing waterborne like it in North America. Renner is also excellent
@Washmyballs I think so. I can do it for less here in Wisconsin.
@Washmyballs Regardless of cost he is a savy professional who does great work. I'm sure he is getting paid for it. The painting trade needs more young dudes like him. Great to see.
Ok great to hear! I will have to check out some Renner! It was so nice for us to not have to be around the Laquer for once! I am using the milesi on 2 more projects coming up, super happy so far...except for the price😳😒 i will reach out to a rep
Hey fellas, thanks so much for the feedback and comments! I appreciate it 🙏 Yes I figured I overpaid..., the cabinet guy hooked me up last minute and I'm sure charged me full boat because he ran it to the job for me, but not complaining...the customer is paying the difference for the upgrade so its all good! what would be a fair price so I can hit up a rep or try some Renner!
@@PaintBoss Milesi 1K $60-70 per gallon 2K $70-$85
What part of the country are you in , northwest?
Hello Todd, yes we are in the northwest, more specific we operate out of eagle and boise idaho. Crazy boom as been happening here for a solid 5 years! Crazy amounts of building 👊
@@PaintBoss same here in Eastern Massachusetts.. things have been great
Please keep your kids out of the spray area. Isocyanates are nothing to mess with. They are at there worst during spraying.
no doubt! the crew was shooting outside the garage, and just popped in to see what they looked like wet, but I hear you for sure, i always try to be careful
