  • One of the most common issues when you are dealing with erectile dysfunction and performance anxiety is your focus during sex is fixated on your thoughts that are afraid of losing your erection. This guided meditation helps focus on feeling the body, and specifically the genitals. This makes it easier to focus on them during sex, and break the cycle of worry.
    Like learning anything, meditation takes time, patience, and effort. This will not fix your issues in one day, but over many months as your concentration grows, and your ability to relax and feel your body increases, ED will slowly lose it's hold on you.

    I found the "drawing" or "tracing" a circle around my head made my dizzy. A "simple" body scan as done in Headspace would have done the job, in my opinion. That's basically what this exercise is, except longer and with a focus on your genitals.

    I find it difficult to feel. I recognize and visualize clearly, but I'm looking at myself as if I'm outside of my body.

    Thanks for this video. I did it. I was able to feel all parts of the body, the neck, the abs, the feet, even the scrotum. Except for the penis. No sensation whatsoever there. Pretty fitting, I suppose.

      Thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry it's interfering with your experience. With meditation, music can help some people in the early stages but I completely understand how it can be distracting for others. I have a couple meditations on my channel that don't have music, you can also use this practice without the guidance on your own.
