Thanks ma'am for this video I found it very useful as I intend starting this biz for a long time but the set back am having is how to keep the chips still crunchy a day after cos after frying mine the following day it becomes soft even inside the airtight container so I don't know if there is anything am doing wrong please kindly put me through on the best way to keep it crunchy all through the period of sales.
