      You may but you'll get better results using a chipper. Moreso it's faster for bulk production

      Allow to cool before packing. But do not leave it open for too long.

      It depends on the size of the leather you are using. #100, #200, #500, #1500.

    Thanks ma'am for this video I found it very useful as I intend starting this biz for a long time but the set back am having is how to keep the chips still crunchy a day after cos after frying mine the following day it becomes soft even inside the airtight container so I don't know if there is anything am doing wrong please kindly put me through on the best way to keep it crunchy all through the period of sales. Thanks

      Thanks for watching this. I'll encourage you to do prolonged frying. I mean reduce the heat and allow to fry a little longer.
