- In this video I stop by Steve Holcomb Pro Auto Custom Interiors just as they were finishing up this 1966 Ford Galaxie 500 convertible...This car has about every cool factor going for it as possible. First it's covered in mile deep black paint...It's hard to keep clean...But when it is...There is not a better color IMHO...,It's a convertible....Now I usually like the hardtops better than the rag tops....But this 66 Galaxie now has a Steve Holcomb Pro Auto Custom Interiors handmade convertible top and that makes all the difference in the world...Not only do they use the same material as the new corvette it is also a custom install that is second to none and it now has a real glass rear window...No more yellow plastic..Then of course Steve and the Boys at Pro Auto Custom Interiors rocked the all custom leather interior...Wheels are always a personal choice and no one set will please everyone..I think the wheels they chose to use on this 1966 Ford Galaxie 500 Convertible from Steve Holcomb Pro Auto Custom Interiors work really well...Then they threw in some redline tires to finish out the look..Under the hood there is a small Block Ford...Ford in a Ford is always cool and the way to go...The suspension has all been updated and is new...This 1966 Ford Galaxie 500 Convertible from Steve Holcomb Pro Auto Custom Interiors is not a over the top custom or a aggressive Street Machine...But it is a very cool cruiser and I think you will love it...Check it out!!!

I didn't get a chance to put in a comment about the Beautiful Interior Steve did. The Red stitching in Black seats breaks it up and draws the red line tires into the theme. The drop top is so tite, no creases or wrinkles. Gotta give it up for Steve's work!! Thanks Bro..

Great looking car. Definitely agree with the red. Just enough to look good without being overdone. Engine looks to be along the lines of 302 based. 347 maybe, or along those lines.

Never was a fan of convertibles except my 68 Vette but the 66 Ford was a favorite body of mine. Steve always does some fabulous work love this one sounds sweet as well.
I'm not usually a fan either....But Steve has away of making one look good with the top up...

Great job on that car sir! I got a 65 Galaxie 500 with a 390, 4 doors hard top. But I love that old clean presidential car look more the a convertable. nice seeing others with this beautiful car.

I don't know if anyone noticed but the dashboard is a out of a 59 or 60 Impala. Still a very nice ride I drive it any day. Take a second look and check my information. They do such a good job on interiors!

I remember when my mother had a 1966 ford station wagon it was dark blue. I liked the look of the wagon my mother said it was a gas gulsler when she was driving it she traded it in for a newer Ford wagon. 15 years ago I had the chance to buy a station wagon just like the one my mother had same color and everything. The only thing it didn't run and I was going to have tow it home and try and get it running. Those wagons are getting more rare and it was a California wagon no rust holes.
