Brutal Bosses. Poisonous People. Soul-Crushing Cultures.
This book will give you the confidence to rise above them all.
Do you work in a toxic environment or have a toxic boss? You’re not alone! Today, unattainable expectations, emotional harassment, and demands to do more with less often leave employees overworked, underpaid, insecure, and out of options. Must you continue to put up with poisonous people in a morale-crushing environment?
You can rise above. You do have options.
I'm embarrassed to work with the group of people I work with. They are mean, gossip about one another and will do anything to fit in. Me on the other hand, I mind my own business, Keep to myself, Keep my life private, get my work done and go home.
Umm...is this myself describing to the EXACT "T..." MYSELF & where I work!!?? 😃😄
This is my EXACT 100% current situation!!UNFORTUNATELY.
WOW.
AbsoluteMdot Sometimes people hate you if you mind your own business and don't join the click.
AbsoluteMdot Geez... this sounds exactly like my workplace. It’s like watching some sick reality show garbage, and these people are ruthless!! I try to stay out of it and do my job, but unfortunately, I still get people who will try me from time to time. Evil people.
on point ♥️
@@spacelyman9482 i agree
Almost every workplace is toxic, the coworkers are scumbags and lowlifes, the work is pointless, you're not accomplishing anything there, you work hard but feel like you don't deserve to be paid, instead you feel you deserve a whip beating, your coworkers will try to steal from you, you get promoted but feel like you don't deserve it, you go into survival mode every day when you walk into work, you make sure your coworkers stay away from you, you are so embarrassed by your job that when others ask about it, you either say none of your business or tell them you work somewhere else, you take no pride whatsoever in your work, you give away 30% of your income because you feel like you have to, and lastly, don't bother looking for another job because it will be the same as your current job.
There I said it.
The Equestria Goth Exactly my point.Well said by the way.
God why is this so accurate?? Horrible flashbacks
I have dealt with worse yelling than that. My old boss was a monster. luckily I quit that place. I will Never show up there again. Not even as a costomer. Shame on them.
I'm currently working in an environment like that right now. ..I too get worst yelling than that...and a lot of public embarrassments. ..my boss is a monster coated in the finest threads...I wish to make a comment like yours one day. ..every day I dream about leaving but I can't. ..reason being: I need money to survive
Stay strong. My heart goes out to you. Those types of bosses are unfortunately everywhere from retail to Hollywood to government. It doesn't make it easier to deal with but just know you won't be there forever. Just doing what you have to do to survive. People like that have to deal with Karma.
Yeah karma like one asshole died of brain cancer
Excellent video marketing. Well done. Getting the book because I'm desperate. Dread going to work every morning.
I am going to buy a few copies of the book and leave them laying around the pathetic petty office that I work in.
I have experienced hardcore bullying in school so bullying in work may not be a surprise to me. Only, the bullying here is at a higher level.
I spent years worrying about what people thought at work. When I looked objectively at what i was doing vs them it became so ridiculous that I just stopped caring. I do my best and go home and leave any thoughts of work behind. Why care what assholes think of you. They have to live with being an asshole. Long term goal is leaving for a better job. Meanwhile I dont give a f**k.
I spent years worrying myself so much it was ruining my life.
Just stop caring. It's not worth it.
Besides just reading a motivational book, you got look your employer in the face and confront them. You don't necessarily lose your job each time. I had to at times. I had a boss slam a door into my face. I retaliated. He was dead wrong and was not defended by the organization.
I quit my job today because of a very toxic situation with a manager. He is and was very unkind and horrible. I was there for only 2 months and was told that I would have to be retrained with him. I tried talking to hr and they brushed me off. I couldn't and would not want to be in the same room with him. So I quit. Its not fair that hr would take his side instead of investing what and how the situation happened.
lol. what a way to promote the book.
One time I had a manager text me…..hey aren’t you supposed to be here? I answered you have me scheduled for “x” time
Answers back “ok never mind”
Like he didn’t know who was scheduled after writing out the schedule
very smart marketing through vid to promo a book
The Mastermind haha
Loved the video book promo. Can't wait to get my hands on the book and share with others.
OMG this is so true
excellent depictions in the vids. Thanks

I feel like they dont want me too learn
I need this book im going threw this but a little different
Some of them hate the way i work like saying im too slow.
Where's the part where they hand the book out and quit?
Just quit your toxic job. That's how you rise above it.
Donald Dias Pretty hard with 16% unemployment
@@lauraz2896 exactly and in developing countries it's a hundred times harder😔
Perfecto for my assignments thanks sir👌
Those yelling bosses are saints compared with my old manager. Anyway you should have got the actors to lash out at the people on the bus or that lady to ram that guys car at 1:15 off the road to show the real impact of what a toxic workplace can do.
I cant stand some people being pushy too me at work
Tp Fast forward to Tricia Harmon, Scroll to marker 2:23. Thanks for watching.
Pfff, buy my book!

#1 - TOXIC WORKPLACES are not always because of a cruel supervisor. Know-it-all dictatorial co-workers CAN BE just as severe. #2 - "Pencil shavings?" She could have picked those up her lazy, uppity self. I NEVER expected the Maintenance staff to tend to any problem in my office space unless I really couldn't deal with it on my own, like the time someone spilled a very gummy substance on the carpet.
