Made no sense to me at all...! Why feature live actors in the video thumbnails when the actual videos are cartoons with no intelligible audio...?

You cannot see your reflection in boiling water. Nor can you see clearly through it. You must let the waters settle down in order to get the clear picture.

Lolololzzz.....riiiiiight. Listen most practitioners of meditation will tell you the power of perspective. However, most ppl who carry...let's not even say anger...let's say...rage (like the mom screaming in her kids face, the man running out the house to yell at the woman...). And, I don't know, the millions of folks carrying racial battle fatigue, caregivers who are homebound with little to no support and the many..many..MANY who live at near poverty lines or just your average American family living paycheck to paycheck and on a prayer praying for a cup of hope... Taking a little walk to "count blessings" is just about the most over simplified bs remedy I've ever seen...almost bordering on wreckless. There are so many underlying traumas and events that a person must unpack to confront themselves and the wounds that have festered that became breeding grounds for the rage to seep in. I see what this video is trying to dor....but I'm gonna take a hard pass on the bandaid remedy for the very gaping wound many, many ppl need help reckoning with to help create safer spaces for themselves and their families.... Is it just me...or is this a very "Christian" way to deal with really large issues....?
