Lord Baktor yeah but you could see that they weren't accepting his answers because he wasn't giving them what they wanted to hear. They want him not to insult their religion because religious people don't have a sense of humor about their beliefs especially Muslims. I hung out with some Iraq's and one Saudi Arabian. they invited me to eat with them at their place after partying at a club. The most gameless people on the planet. At the club they would just be creepy and stare at the woman. They didn't dance... they didn't talk to the woman. The social skills of people from the Middle east and surrounding area is terrible. Then I had to room with an Iraqi and when we were at the club me and this other guy were hitting on some woman and he jumps in between us and the woman and starts talking to us. :-p What a cock block lol. Middle eastern males would rather hang out with just men instead of enjoy the company of a fine woman of which they have no ability to pick up outside of a muslim country unless they rape them or the woman are forced to marry them. I think the saudi arabian only had game because his parents were 100% Italian and Italians got game. :) Muslims are too serious about their way of life, their culture, they just don't have a proper sense of humor about life. That's why we non believers hate religious people... they are so arrogant, unwavering to their beliefs, "thinking they have a monopoly on the truth." What a great description by this comedian.

Some muslims will take every oportunity to go after this comedian cuz he worked on two 'Theo van Gogh' movie scripts in the past which they did not considder to be funny and thus they killed van Gogh in 2004.
A muslim woman, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, which appeared in one of the movies and who is a well known critic of political islam, is also on their 'hit list' and constantly looking behind her back.
I could go on forever but to keep it short,
there is no F, no U and no N in radical islam...
(and for those ppl who ask themselves if this van Gogh guy might be related to the famous painter... yes he is)

the world has been on a downward spiral ever since humanity stopped being nomadic hunters and started placing roots to modern civilization by farming and raising crops and cattle to feed an ever growing unsustainable number of human lives on planet earth. Religious ideas were born from people who had too much time on their hands because they had stopped surviving and began to thrive. This unnatural abomination we call civilization will not last forever. The only path that is right and best to protect any future for this planet as far as humans are concerned is to abandon technology, abandon your permanent living structures, abandon the farming, and become nomadic hunters once again. This is the future of our civilization. I don't think we are smart enough to find the answer to the problems humans face in today's society before we lose everything we have built under the weight of our own ever growing population.

So let me get this straight... the muslim women felt insulted and could not stop asking the guy "why do you insult". One of his responses was "I feel insulted when muslims call homosexuality a sin. But I have a shield against that since words are harmless. Religious people don't have the right to demand that no one insults them, if what they do insults other people." Just seems like basic hypocrisy by the muslims, to me.
Also it seems like the muslim women were going to keep asking him the question until they got an answer they liked. It's like they are shutting out all new information or something. I don't blame the guy for making jokes in this video, he's probably afraid his mind will go numb from responding to the same question numerous times.

This goes back to his earlier comment that no person or idea can be free of being joked about or criticised.
It would give them power that does not belong in a free society.
The only way to see this as a witty comment is because the muslims do not allow jokes about Mohammed and other Islamic figures which means they do not share the core ideals of a free society

+Andrew Tessler Jokes are always about finding an association that is unexpected, like a word with a double meaning turned into a pun, or things that, when looked at from a certain perspective, seem incredibly paradox. To find these connections you need a quick and witty mind to begin with, and the ability to think outside the box. The same things that make people intelligent.
The opposite is a stupid person who intentionally thinks within certain constraints, say within a religion, e.g. "The bible says so, ergo it is undisputably true, and everyone who says otherwise is a liar and offends me and my holy book.", and suddenly a person is pretty bitter.

  • @illiminatieoverlordgurglek140

I love the way he runs circles around them from the beginning. He's just toying with them. Notice how he first plays the jester a bit and then suddenly gives a very serious and razor-sharp answer about ridiculing authority. The girls by that point are so caught up in trying to 'dominate' him and the conversation that they don't even notice his switch. It's all over by 3:28. They've lost the audience and their credibility. Their show was cancelled shortly after this I believe.

It was a talk-show in which they would discuss some muslim sensitivities. The guy you keep seeing grumping in the background was there to hate on miniskirts and they had someone wearing a miniskirt come out to debate him. But he basically walked out when she came on. The concept was interesting enough, but it kinda failed because these three little piglets were just not very good at their jobs.

It hasn't. At least, not yet in the netherlands. The fact that this argument that Teeuwen so clearly won was broadcasted on national television, is a clear indication of that, and I dare even say the existence of this argument helped keep political correctness in check in the netherlands.
"De meiden van Halal" only ridiculed themselves here. They've shown they're not willing to let someone tell his story if it's not what they want to hear (typical of religious nutjobs), and they say he's repeating the same answer when they're repeating the same question.
Those are not things you do when you know you're winning a discussion. They knew deep down that Teeuwen was right but tried to sway the public to think otherwise, and failed miserably.
Always remember this: The participants will rarely change their minds, but the audience might. Because of that, a debate is never to the benefit of the participants, but purely to the benefit of the audience. And the audience made themselves heard.

What religious people seem to forget is that ANYTHING can be insulting. I can say "I hate BMW cars" and there would be many BMW fan-boys and girls that would be offended and feel insulted by that. That is their choice and their problem, not mine. As such, free speech should be up-held, and anyone should be able to say anything they wont. If you're offended by something, that is your problem. Grow up and learn to deal with your feelings. That's called being an adult. Don't take freedoms away to MAYBE prevent your precious feelings from getting hurt; that's damn well ridiculous and childish.

+Cato.s WRONG. Muhammad says anyone who tries to modernize his religion are "munafiqeen," and in Sahih Muslim, he says the penalty is death. Hi best friend and The First Calipha, Abu Bakr, was the 1st "takfiri" to behead those who are not following the Quran closely enough, or preaching a new, revised gospel.
Your friends who told you they're "modernized Muslims" are obviously not reading the Quran or Hadiths -- or else they'd know: they are FITNAH, going against Muhammad himself.
The difference with the Bible is that the Jews start out changing laws -- Garden of Eden's rules are replaced by Abrahamic & Noahide laws, then Mosaic law, the laws of Judges (mini-dark age) and then Kings (2 whole books), ENDING WITH THE DEMOCRATIC SANHEDRIN of Hellenized-Jews -- a meeting of rabbis -- a HISTORY OF laws and JESUS ALSO said he's a practicing Jew but he's updating Judaism.
. . . ONLY MUHAMMAD says he is THE LAST PROPHET, and nobody can change his Quran -- there's even a law to sort out laws WITHIN the Quran called "the abrogation verses": These dictate that if Muhammad reacted 1 way EARLIER in the Quran, and differently later, you are to use his later-in-life actions to model your own after, because he was "older and wiser" then. So that THERE IS ONLY ONE ISLAM, he was careful to even include the Abrogation Verses because he saw how Jews & especially Xtians divided into sects (and Xtians fought each other's sect); of course this didn't work, but he says that's his intent in Sahih Bukhari.

+Cato Sicko DUHHHHH: Ahmad did just explain why you're wrong, DWEEB.
You've got no rebuttal. Admit you got schooled.
If you update the Bible, outside of the core tenets, which is called "contextualism," then you're just following the traditions of the Jews (and their ancestors, the Canaanites), including Jesus, which is that they always modrnized their laws, even in the Bronze and Iron Ages.
All majors sects, like Catholics and Jews, accept that today.
Muhammad forbade that contextualism, as Ahmad explained -- and credentialed scholars of the Islamic religion explain on websites about why only "munafeqeen" want to "update" the Quran; that _their_ mainstream view. Opposite of what Jews and Christians practice.

      @Ema-fm5zy Před 8 lety +27

They get offended by crosses, flags, bacon, women wearing mini-skirts, basically everything in the western civilisation. And yes, it's freedom of speech. The only time they would have the right to complain to the authorities is when someone directly insults them or their religion. Even then, they choose to be offended.
If they feel offended by some many things in that country they should go back to middle east. When someone gets into your house do you change your paintings and carpets because your guest feels offended?
I may find women who cover their heads and faces offensive, because I find that scarf as a symbol of opression for women, but if I complain about that nobody would care about what I have to say.
Those Muslims are not only privileged, but they also exagerate. In their culture no one is considered responsible for their own emotions and actions. They ask women to cover not to attract men and be raped, they ask us to censorship our culture so that they won't feel offended.
ALso, when a great number of Muslims does something bad in the name of religion, they say those who commited the acts are not real Muslims. It' like Christians would say the nazis were not real Christians and basically anyone who commints a crime, rape, etc. it's not a real Christian.
They should grow up and take responsibility for their feelings, actions and stop denying the crimes commited in the name of their religion. You must acknowledge a problem to solve it, not to ignore it.

But to be fair, a lot of christians are not a whit better. I know so many christians who react downright pissed, just for learning that one is an atheist or dares to criticise their religion. It's not a tactic, it's just discipline. Older , religious people , in my country often teach everyone else to not interrupt their sentences and they usually won't interrupt yours also. With an exception when you have interrupted them , they will remind you of that. This guy kinda dominated the discussion and he barely gave any pause to let them speak and even was twitching around whenever he didn't talk ... i can't imagine what those girls even thought of the guy - maybe possessed or mentally sick or something :D .

Oh Man ! He who made the trembling earth static is Indra. (Rig Ved 2/12/12)
The God who made the earth stable (Yajur Ved 32/6)
Indra protects the wide earth which is immovable and has many forms (Atarv Ved 12/1/11)
Let us walk on the Wide and Static earth (Atharv Ved 12/1/17)
      2. Vedas say Sun moves around the earth on a golden chariot with his 7 horses - As the Veds Claim that the earth is static and so they tried to prove that the sun moves around the earth. The following statement from the rig Ved tries to clarify it:
"Sun is full of light and knows all the human beings, so his horses take him to sky to look at the world" (Rig Ved 1/50/1)
"O, Bright sun, a chariot named harit with seven horses takes you to sky" (Rig Ved 1/50/8)
"O, man, the sun who is most attractive, takes round of the earth, on his golden chariot through the sky and removes the darkness of the earth" ~ (Yajur Ved 33/43)

adil:-Muhowmad marriage with his daughter in law was a BIG
      ERROR:
In Arab culture a daughter in law was like one's own
      daughter, irrespective of
whether the son was biological or
adopted. The news that the prophet violated his own
beloved son’s wife enraged Madinans. They confronted
      him.
      Madinans: “Oh
      Prophet of Allah ,
      how could you , of
      all the people an
      apostle of God, carry
      out a disgusting and
      despicable act of

      Prophet: “To me the

      follow Allah’s orders
      . And Allah was the
      one who ordered me
      to acquire Zainab.

      that there should
      not be any fault in
      the believers,
      touching wives of
      their adopted sons”.
      Madinans: "It
      sounds very strange
      that Allah is so
      enthusiastic to get
      us married to our
      adopted children.
      Anyways , if that is
      what Allah wants so
      be it. But howcum
      you never had a
      marriage ceremony
      with Zainab before
      taking her to bed?
      Wouldn’t that still
      be called an
      adultery?”
      Prophet: “Not at all ,
      because I am
      allowed to have sex
      with my first cousins
      without marriage
      and Zainab is the
      daughter of my
      aunt. Here is the
      aya:”

Besides eight principal queens,[1] Hindu god Krishna, an avatar of the god Vishnu and the king of Dwarka - in the Dwapara Yuga (epoch), is described to have many unnamed junior wives. Their number is mentioned as 16,000 or 16,100 in different scriptures. The chief amongst them is sometimes called Rohini. They were all kidnapped and held captive by the demon-king Narakasura. When Krishna slew Narakasura, he married all the captive women to safeguard their dignity. After marriage, they all lived in Dwarka, in a blissful happiness.
Krishna had 16000 young gals as his wife
