The Transformative Power of Spending Time in Nature (48h Mountain Hut Experience)

What happens when you spend 48 hours in a remote mountain hut in nature without electricity, warm water and no electronic devices to distract yourself?
This is what I explored with a friend of mine. We took time to meditate, do Qi-Gong, Yoga, walks in nature and enjoying the nature and silence. Watch the video to see what we learned and experienced.
