      Tebele Kalele oh okay. I thought he smoked too much weed. Like why can’t you articulate yourself. I do think that it’s partly due to lack of his education. Because Nigerians are very sharp, and the primary language there is English usually they are able to articulate themselves well.

      Toast Nigga you sound dumb as hell. Educate your own head. Nigerians (especially the lower income ones) learn their tribal dialect first and THEN English. When they get into the professional field they’re expected to speak English to communicate with people from other tribes/foreigners. But when they’re home or with friends it’s all tribal. Real shit, u expect that nigga to be fluent in casual English when he’s been speaking the formal version his whole life? I ought to slap ur head

    • @KiRetteCouture
      @KiRetteCouture Před 4 lety +16

      @Toast it's got nothing to do with education. Listen to Burna's music and the way he speaks. He's certainly not uneducated. It could be nerves or what just happens sometimes. You can't find the expression. Some African words lose weight when you translate them to English. Burna tends to be more articulate in less formal settings.

    • @adebowalesonubi1867
      @adebowalesonubi1867 Před 4 lety +1

      Everyone is right on this thread but i think Burna did it based on two reasons - he doesn't want to misspoke because 'English has so many words that can be termed differently' and he also wants to give room for 'FREE MINDS' to learn more about how they think .....don't be surprised he can turn this interview into a music when next you see him.
