I just wished the antagonists/villains would succeed more in stories. It makes the storyline less cliche and more exciting, not being sure what happens next. That's why Infinity War was such a success, it stands out as one of the few movies were the villain wins. It was such a hype to finally see the heroes fall, showing them victory isn't granted by justice and doing what's right.
I strongly agree with you, the characters just need more development overall. Hopefully we do have the antagonists win at some point and they control the loop or the Zero Point for some time. I think The Last Reality would be perfect for that.
@@Rezztro Yeah, the Fortnite storyline has trapped itself, kind of. It's one of those times when the story gets messy because of its own rules and has to break them to some level. Such as how can Stellan, Thunder and Evie talk to us? It's said the effects of the Island can be blocked with a suit (probably with certain equipment) but Thunder and Evie don't have any, what's up with that? Sure, this doesn't matter much but it's still a shame when a decent story gets ruined by itself.
@@Rezztro And the fact the characters are in a Loop and SHOULD have their memories reset every 22 minutes so they hardly can have character, which of course ruins the story a bit. That's why I love the Seven and IO so much, they actually have character because they fully can. They're not affected by the Loop, therefore can develop.
I don't agree that was the reason for IW's success, or at least the only reason. Its like Empire Strikes Back in setting up the pay off of not only the next movie but the saga as a whole. Being dark so the light can shine that much brighter or in other words a roller coaster. Having the villain succeed too much can and has lead to people giving up franchises via the Too Bleak Stop Caring trope.

Wait, hey Rezztro, I just thought of something huge, the last reality are the most genius villains of all time because of their attack strategy, Top 5 Gaming Tommy explained that TLR let war let loose on the island, and they show up to pick off the survivors and destroy the map taking control of the zero point in the process, but each chapter TLR has recruited a certain group of individuals/an individual, and brought them to their side, which means they only come back stronger each time they return
Yep which is why I'm kind of frightened to see what they will do next considering their last plan was blowing up the entire island...

Theory:
The Star Wars "Find The Force" event might've been the biggest clue Epic's thrown our way concerning where the storyline is headed. It revolved 'round the Clone Wars, a conflict that saw an antagonist force have their enemies distracted from their ultimate scheme. The same thing could really be playing out in the Syndicate story arc
I love this idea! If it plays out like this it would make the Syndicate's Story a lot more interesting.

Thank you! Although the vines are most likely not from The Herald because atm The Herald Tree is dead and the tree's roots are dried up so it seems rather unlikely. But I wouldn't mind if it had to do something with The Herald!
I think that next season, the Center of the island will completely collapse on itself, leaving The Zero Point exposed and vulnerable. During Zero Fusion, we saw a bunch of landmarks that were floating towards the island, but when Chapter 4 launched, these landmarks weren't on the island. I think that the jungle biome has been under the island this whole time, and pieces of past landmarks and POI's that we saw during Zero Fusion are under the island along with The Zero Point. As for The Vines, I think they could be growing due to Zero Point Energy. But either way, great video, and Happy Birthday!

Serenade making people disappear could explain the Oathbound's whereabouts but them simply dropping off the face of the island is my biggest complaint with the story so far. I get Mega City is the new thing but its still odd.
Yeah, you'd think that since Stellan said that he was going to fight alongside the player that he'd stick around, but nothing. Hopefully he's at least mentioned in s3
I have a theory. I think the Unseen joined because they are scared of Nox and trying to get some protection. They don't know where he is from or who he really is. so they need to be safe.

Maybe it isn’t the city itself that the Last Reality wants, maybe they are after whatever powers such a huge city of technology. With that power, they could create weapons so great not even the Seven could stop them.

Amazing video and I think the Last Reality is stronger than most people think. It clearly was intended that the Herald puts herself in a petrified form by destroying the Reality Zero Bubble, which was our protection. That's why the tree followed us, even without an reality anchor. Interestingly, like normal chrome you can't burn the Herald Tree or atleast it doesn't get damage. The Last Reality is playing with us ;) But an amazing video Rezztro and I can't wait for more ^^👌

My expectations on how the storyline is gonna go (not sure are we gonna have 4 or 5 seasons, heard there will be 5 with 5th being like a month long but leakers aren't always right and telling the truth): In S3, AMIE returns and reports on her findings during her journey. We spend the season preparing for TLR's arrival whom arrive in S4 (or 5) and will somehow destroy the Island again, or we will, like the Seven did in Chapter 1. I'm not gonna have high hopes for the story since it's apparent Donald doesn't really know what to do with it anymore.
I agree. He said he had the "story planned out 4 or 5 years in advance" which made my heart drop because that means the same thing is gonna keep happening over and over again for 5 years (kinda like the Loop lol). There's no way in hell that the story will last 1 more year.

I just have a doubt from the content of this video: I though the Peace Syndicate symbols was the X like the one in Evie clothes and that you use in the video (e.g. 1:28) is the symbol for the River Clan, am I wrong?
What if the vines were coming from the zero point? Like to me, they look similar to the things that dragged the island together. Maybe it’s trying to stabilise itself

I think the fist skins for next season with the revolver is renzo the explorer before he became renzo the destroyer
live event theory: the zero point is trying to break out of the vault but the hearld tree comes to live and turns into her new form and starts spreading the vines over the island making the island break into 2 parts and maybe us the loopers are trying to stop the hearld once and for good

I think I know what's happening I think the vines are the heralds the tree were the herald is at maybe the trees are the big one the blooming tree from chapter 3 season 3 maybe is regrowing routes to come back to life because certain trees could come back is that tree was huge meaning can come back to its original form by growing roots
I have some very important information for u apparently what I think is the terminal tryarc nox told us not to go near, I went there for a quest I accessed it as it was syndicate quest stage 6, when the audio was playing of evie saying somthing I heard tryarc nox's foot steps and he was running and there was a alert sign on his head in don't know if someone shot him or what but I think that he angry that I accessed the terminal and then he started to attack I could not escape him but I have video evidence of what happened
Also tryarc nox's mask and the ship in one of the loading screen we got at the end ch2 s8 the patrons look a bit identical

So remember the Star Wars Find The Force event well in the event the clone troopers and the Jedi and Darth Maul arrived and one of the Jedi that arrived was Anakin Skywalker who had a very dark potential in him even in the movies he had this dark potential because Anakin wants to become a powerful Jedi and all his anger lead him to a dark potential and this event revolved around a brand new war the Clone Wars which also was in the movies happened where the clone troopers were fighting against the Seperatists but this war was all a distraction to the Emperor's plan once the war was over the Emperor's true intentions were revealed as he contacted the clones saying execute order 66 to them and then the clones turned evil and turned on the Jedi and also us because we were part of the Republic helping the clones fight in the war and all this event was brought from the movies but Anakin turned evil as well during order 66 and became Darth Vader in this event just like the movies and then the Republic turned into the First Galactic Empire and then we fought the clones because they turned against us and we survived the Clone Wars and order 66 once the First Galactic Empire rose order 66 was then complete on the island and the clones were still attacking us when we got close but now I made this comment because now I have a theory what if the Emperor had a big plan but didn't feel it was the right time to do it my theory is maybe the Emperor found the Zero Point and wants it but he feels that he should leave and come back to the island soon to have the Zero Point where when he is back for the Zero Point we get a Star Wars season where the Emperor is back for the Zero Point and then the whole season we have to face the First Galactic Empire and then in the live event to end off the season we fight the Emperor and the First Galactic Empire before they take the Zero Point and also the Find the Force event could've teased where the story will go soon

I think the state the games in right now gameplay wise and story wise is because of the change to yearly chapters. It’s clear Donald Mustard doesn’t know what to do with the story right now. I honestly hope they learn their lesson for chapter 5 and return to 10 season chapters, as I really dislike the idea of a yearly loop of “look at this new map we made, even though we’ve only made 1 map that was amazing (Chapter 1), and the rest are either decent (Chapter 3) or just straight up bad (Chapters 2 and 4). We also made these new pointless knock-off weapons of our perfectly good base weapons, which we decided to nerf in creative mode for no good reason, and we made a new way to lazily introduce a new map with a live event.” They should honestly just add a map selector and end the story, or at the very least move it into a campaign mode other than STW, as there’s nothing new being contributed that’s worthwhile. I lost interest in it this season, The Seven vs. IO was the one thing keeping me intrested in Chapter 3. They honestly should have let Chapter 3 stay longer, it was actually fun. Chapter 2 is still the worst Chapter, but this Chapter is just as bad.

If chapter fours seasons are going backwards from chapter 1s season then that means in season 4 the last Reality will return

The island split may be the end of chapter 4 as a whole. If the last reality returns in season 4 the chaos would make the island more unstable resulting in a future split. Not to mention Mega City’s arrival was probably the reason for the island beginning to crack open splitting the island in two.
