The devs definitely *shouldn't* nerf the business turret it's one of the most balanced items in the game

The business turret is the most balanced controversial item to ever be added.If u dont already know it only starts targeting at you if you step in its vision scan and has a 50m radius and it will stop shooting when you are out of sight.
And only does 7 damage a hit
@@Bakedbeans780it has a pretty decent fire rate so if an enemy either doesn’t see it or isn’t paying attention then it can quickly melt them
Plus you can throw a bush bomb on it and disable it

i feel like people complain about new item and when the item get nerf, they complain again saying how horrible i became after the nerf
the boom bow can be real useful with certain augments, I like taking the boombow with the soaring sprints and balloon jump perks. Have fun attacking you enemies from above without the fear of fall damage!
The turret is easy to counter, low damage and it’s fast fire rate makes it useful. It’s a item that gives an edge. People saying it melts if your not paying attention to it just pay attention to the game. If the fire rate is nerfed it will be useless and you night as well take it away. This is coming from someone who has killed with it and died with it quite a few times.
Some items are just want to be good.
I had to face against one of these things and I have to say IT HAS WAY TOO MUCH HEALTH I put a pump shotgun on blue rarity in it and only deals 60 damage! Just nerf the health to make it fun to fight against (I play on a potato PC so it sucks even harder to fight)
Agreed like the people that complain about the game are people who just aren’t good at it
I feel like all that needs to be nerfed is it's health, nothing else. Because it takes way too long to defeat using Gunfire by which time it has inevitably already dealt some damage to you...
@@Yosif3 Shotguns arent supposed to deal lots of damage, they are supposed to deal a single chunk of damage and thats it.

I feel like no matter what Fortnite does, I feel like people are going to always find something wrong with the game. Even if the season is decently good or amazing. People will still find a way to hate on things.
Same for live events, some like Fractured Are actually bad, but I remember hearing dans saying that C3S2 or C2S4 had underwhelming live events even though they were amazing and showed how far fortnite has evolved
Facts I’m loving this season, we got decent guns n fun mythics, we got mobility n pretty good battepass skins

Yeah this season is good, but people can have some problems. Like the new shotgun this season, because the damage is tac shotgun level even though we have the maven. The battle stuff is justified due to the fact people want original skins than collabs again.

The mythic charge shotgun is fine. The range and charging up is balanced for the max damage it does.

I got to say it's perfectly what it is I mean dude it's easy to counter all you need is that they are and just shoot it far range it won't shoot you but if you get close to it and will delete your health it is really good close to the end of the circle but a lot of people don't pick up the at the end of the game so that's their fault that's basically what I do and I've been winning a lot because of that

@@ruster6000It was fun in your first match till SBMM hits you like a truck and from that, plus it getting very boring fast, is why it’s another season that won’t have people stay for long.
I feel like the Business Turret is balanced. For a few reasons.
1. It takes up an item slot. Which means you're either down a gun or down a heal item. Unless you got slurps. Even then I've spent plenty of matches where I had to use both slurps.
2. It takes a few seconds to lock on. Which means it isn't ideal when you're being ambushed.
3. Speaking of bushes, these things can be deactivated by a bush bomb.
4. They deactivate if you get more than like 20-30 feet from it.
I feel like they just need to nerf it's health, it takes way too long to destroy by gunfire by which point it's already locked on and dealt some damage to you...
The business turret is no different than if you hire an NPC except you can throw it where you want to and honestly it might be slightly more useful but either way it’s fine
Even if the turret is placed in a disadvantaged position, it is still difficult to deal with！

I always use Nolan Chance, the most with the mask over his mouth. It is a generic character, but is more satisfying to use when stealing the mythic items

The turret definitely should NOT be nerfed! Reason being, is that ppl like me aren't gonna have room for the turret over movement items like the rocket & shockwaves or bunkers for survivability. Especially not in hardcore modes like Ranked or Tournaments! So, if it gets nerfed, it will go widely unused! The turret is pretty nice and hasn't seemed to become too much of an issue just yet, imo.
If you didn't know, the rocket ram actually used to do 100 damage and I think the nerfed it down to 50 or 49 because 100 damage. If you had a whole squad they could kill everyone with them

The business turret its easy to avoid but I usually use it when I'm facing multiple people at a time.
They should have some sort of mechanic where you can prevent a lockdown on the first item when playing a team mode (Duo/Trio/Squad)
Maybe it should be more timing based where after someone steals one mythic, there's a short time window (perhaps like, 0.5 - 1 seconds) to steal the other one, after that they get covered and are unable to be stolen anymore. That way you CAN steal more mythics, it just has to be a well timed operation which fits with the whole Heist thing...
to counter the business turret I think they should add the decoy grenade to back

Oooorrrrr, just wait for the EMP grenade item to release, that'll probably be a major counter against all the device type things in game (Turrets, cameras, lasers, etc.)

My biggest pet peeve is that the Midas drum gun is a total reskin of Jules’s drum gun it even says it in the kills

I would say the sticky grenade launcher is much more unbalanced and unhealthy for the game. Especially since its currently bugged and lets you rock it like the old double pump shotgun strat

The business turret has no reason to be controversial. it is a mid item with some easy counters while still being relevant.
Easy counters being running behind a wall. If your in the open, tough luck not getting shot

In terms of the turret it's health is balanced and the damage it deals is fine I think it's great for zero build when your trying to revive your teammate and there's not alot of cover so revive behind a tree so enemy teams can't rush you so so the turret is perfectly balanced

I love the turret. The emp helps a lot with them but if you don't have emps youre gonna get shredded. Maybe they could lower the fire rate a little to balance it more

In all honesty I think the most annoying thing lately is when they have free skins like the clone troopers where you had to spend 1000 v bucks and grind a bit to get the 3 trooper skins now you can just pay 800 and get 6 skins no problem

one of my least favortite things in the new pois is for visual audio real players and npcs both have footsteps sound and due to npcs being able to mantle slide and break builds it can hard to tell if it is a real player or not. this has to be fixed somehow
I mean, you can usually distinguish between the henchmen and real players by their skin since the henchmen/ boss skin is exclusive to them. Plus, they've got that gigantic red exclamation mark over their head too.

@@isaacmajerYeah though I feel like that's a relatively minor issue. You can usually tell by how the henchmen walk (or how fast the visual audio footstep symbol moves). Most of the time they're on patrol and don't move super fast. And when they ARE running or on high alert, other factors like their voices and the exclamation mark make it very clear who or what is coming at you...
Listen to their movement the rate of the gunfire. Etc, it throws me off too, but I can usually tell from the shots

The business turret should be left alone, it is very versatile but can be destroyed easily with a bomb or rocket ram + it goes completely blind if the target is behind a wall
Turret should be left alone it's balanced, and if you die to it, that is a skill issue. I mean, hide behind a wall or something, and then It'll stop targeting, and if you can't use your brain and kill the opponent.
Like really it's only purpose is to lower your hp but gets destroyed very easily and can be countered by walking away 💀

Regarding Ace, they just did it again too by releasing Darth Maul into the item shop. Originally a extended battle pass exclusive, now available in the shop. It does feel like the battle ship exclusives don't matter anymore.
I'm fine with Maul returning if I can exclusively get the Clone Wars Season 7 variant. They most likely won't bring Maul back because people had to pay for him, unlike Ace who could be earned for free

Khaby was the hardest skin the normal one looks tactical and very easy to use as it can hide well the traditional one looks like piccolo and his glider and pickaxes and back bling are tough

As i solo only player i love the business turret, helps me defeat the countless bosses and against other players. Like the rocker ram too. That Solo ranked mode MUST come back i dont like playing with other people so i loved having that option. So for now my ranked qeusts will die a lonely death
I only liked High Card because killing him and his henchmen counted as dealing damage to players, so that helped me a lot with challenges

Turret is cool. When I play squads with my buddies we each spread out a turret, get high ground, and just snipe. Zero Builds btw. Makes people panic.

Even though I agree with some of this this season is still (imo) one of the best we had since season 1 chapter 3. I hope this season makes the storyline somewhat good again with a good end chapter event unlike the last one also those the turrets really need a nurf I mean it does 7 damage it is balanced and the battle pass has good/decent skins.
All and all this season has problems like any other let just see how Fortnite handles this season with the future updates...

Has anyone noticed that Kano Thorne has a striking resemblance to Ronin, the battle pass skin from chapter 3 season 1
I play trios with my friends, and we take it in turns one person gets the boss' mythict and someone gets the fault mythic. Then, one guy doesn't get anything. So next game, he gets the bosses mythic, and the guy who had that last game now gets the vault mythic, and the guy who had that mythic last game now gets nothing. Then repeat.
Nolan chance was a horrible skin its like the worst in the pass its sad. i also barely see it used i think I've seen one once this season

I'm sick of the current map, and there was no end of season event either for last season which was extremely disappointing.
The business turret was fantastic. easy enough to avoid, but it definitely adds pressure, I loved it.
One thing you left out that is hated is how long this season is, why does the best season also have to be the shortest
The business turret is totally fine. If you think it's overpowered, you're probably just not good enough to deal with it. It's easy to destroy, has a slow fire rate, and it's obviously stationary. Meaning you can easily hide from it.

I was so let down when I picked up the TNTina bow from the vault bruh😭. I was a god with the OG boom bow back in the day and I wanted to see if I still had it and I was thoroughly disappointed
I want to add that the music and the alarms after breaking into the vault is too much. But this season is still probably my favorite so far

The business turret is too op. I’ve lost games because of it and once it left me at two health- WHILE I WAS GLIDING
the bow is actually good in competitive, if you shoot anywhere in someone's box who has a window edit it will do 75 splash damage

Yeah I started 4 days before the Colf Blooded Ace skin dropped and I was so proud to have it as my 1st skin after 3 days ofhard work. I was super dissapointed for it to come into the item shop.
If you didn’t know, you can use the augment first shotgun and combine it with the charge shotgun to get 200 pump to the body
