I love the Cyber-skins and neon skins we saw at the end, makes it seem like season 2 will be cyberpunk or future themed, which makes sense given out newest character that is unlocked for everybody to purchase when season 2 drops is Agent Smith, a computer entity from a distant dystopian future. If the leaks are to be believed, then Samurai Jack being another new character for Season 2 works super well as his whole schtick is he's sent to the distant future, which in many episodes is this dystopian-style locale.
The last semi-confirmed character for Season 2 is Beetlejuice, which isn't directly related to the future, but he is at least a few hundred years old and the afterlife from the movie has a very dystopian-esque style to it thanks in part to the Deetz' family's renovations to the house and Tim Burton's depiction of Saturn. Plus, Beetlejuice is referenced by leakers as the Rift unlock next season, so it's likely he fits into the NEXT season (season 3) theme, which given the timing could be halloween or spooky stuff.
All the other characters in the leaks don't quite feel like characters that would fit this future-theme, but I could be very wrong or there is another character we don't know about yet. Regardless, I'm excited to see more new skins like what we saw here!
@@lanceams483 honestly, this is a personal take, but given how Morty’s cyberpunk skin looks, we may get some one from Cyberpunk 2077/Edgerunners

So we had season of villains, introducing Joker, Jason and Smith, for season 1. And this theme is very futuristic neon style, so as for the heroes, it’s a bit harder to say, they’d probably add the Powerpuff Girls and Dexter and it seems likely we’ll get 3 characters a season, so who knows who the third could be
Samurai jack for sure, he was sent into the future which some of these skins definitely have a futuristic theme going on
We also got Banana Guard, so I don’t think all the fighters follow the seasons theme
They say jack will be the character of s2 with Aquaman and event for beetlejuice
Samurai Jack fits the bill. He lives in that sort of world throughout most of his journey

I doubt it'll be neon just because of the skins. There weren't really any "villain" skins for any of the characters during Season 1.

It'll definitely be saved, they gave prestige based on all cosmetics you already owned from beta, it's meant to be earned over time

Where are the Animaniacs? Those are the facts
The Warners aren't added to the roster yet. It's best to be patients. If anything, other Animaniacs characters like Slappy Squirrel could b added too.
