Kind of looks like gm_construct if it was a real location.
Someone very wealthy should make a real world gm_construct, although the apartment buildings would probably have to be proper buildings rather than hollow spaces.

the volumetric lighting makes it look kinda like s&box ngl
Yeah, the modern style seems to be to take all the color out of things and make them grayish, which this does just as a matter of the lightening effect it ends up applying. I wonder if it could compensate somehow with an optional proportional saturation boost. Source games were always pretty vibrant even when they were kinda intending to be dreary or gray.

realistic construct looks nice but the lighting might be mixed for me, it kinda reminds me of cs2 lighting and i’m not really a big fan of it but i might have to check this out myself to get a better experience
It is adjustable so the haze isn't as present, but i totally understand :)

0:58-1:03 This part infuriates me. How you can say that the after image has more detail? It sure has crispier, higher resolution textures but they are a downgrade when it comes to detail.
