    RECIPES
    ► BACON CHEDDAR EGG CUPS: bit.ly/2f7Fjki

    ► OLIVE OIL MAYO:
    3 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
    1 lemon, juiced
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 cup light olive oil (use LIGHT olive oil, not extra virgin!)
    salt, to taste
    pepper, to taste
    Separate egg yolks and place in a mixing bowl or measuring cup.
    Add remaining ingredients. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
    Use an immersion blender to pulse mixture until well-integrated and thickened.
    Place mayo in a jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
    Yields ~1½ cups homemade olive oil mayonnaise.
    Per 1 Tbsp, yields 24 servings
    87 cal | 10F | 0.2C | 0.3P
    0 fiber | 0.1 sugars | 0.2 net carbs
    ► BEEF & BROCCOLI BOWL:
    Bowl:
    1.5 Tbsp grass-fed butter, coconut oil or ghee
    2 tsp garlic paste
    1 tsp ginger paste
    1 lb organic ground beef
    4 cups broccoli florets
    4 cups cauliflower rice
    Sauce:
    2 Tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
    1 Tbsp sesame oil
    1/4 tsp salt & pepper
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (to taste)
    Toppings:
    ½ avocado, sliced
    sesame seeds
    2 green onions, finely chopped
    anything else you prefer!
    Add butter, ghee, or coconut oil to a pan over medium-high heat and allow to melt.
    Add garlic and ginger paste. Cook until fragrant.
    Add beef and cook until no longer pink.
    Add broccoli florets and cauliflower rice. Season with salt & pepper. Mix to combine.
    Cook until broccoli is bright and vibrant and cooked through to your liking.
    Lower the heat and add your sauce ingredients. Toss to coat and season to taste.
    Store in the fridge, or freeze if desired!
    Enjoy warm, topped with avocado slices, sesame seeds, and green onions-or your favorite toppings!
    If meal prepping for the week, double this recipe!
    Yields 4 meals (~6 oz per meal).
    Nutrition provided for beef & broccoli bowl with cauliflower rice, excluding optional toppings.
    Per meal:
    383 cals | 26F | 11C | 24P
    4 fiber | 7 sugars | 7 net carbs
    ► DIY ZESTY CILANTRO LIME DRESSING:
    ½ jalapeno, seeded if desired
    1 clove garlic
    1 lime, juiced
    pinch of salt
    ½ cup cilantro
    1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
    Add all ingredients to the jug of your blender. Blend until smooth.

    Yessss. I really needed something like this. Even though I have not gone the deep dive of an actual ketogenic diet ( I'll eat beans and carbs in vegetables), I have experimented with reducing and cutting out carbs and sugars in my diet and do notice a better physical difference more so than just counting calories, it is easier for me to keep up with.Especially with a history of diabetes in my family, what I have read up on my body type and the way my body holds onto and distributes weight it has been something I wanted to figure out how to do but always struggled with my office job work schedule and cooking. Thank you!

      Karrie Curtis If you're looking to go keto, make sure you read up on things like salt intake (it needs boosted a LOT), electrolytes, magnesium, etc, to keep healthy and, hopefully, avoid "keto flu."

    THANK YOU! For such an awesome inspirational video! :) Cauliflower is my #1 favorite veg and when I found out about riced calui, I was pretty excited. It's still difficult for me to maintain a keto lifestyle, but having recipes that are visually stimulating and delicious makes it so much easier. I think my family might even eat some of this. Have you seen crackslaw yet? I'd be interested in how you'd interpret that as a dish or as part of meal prep. :)

    I would love if you did a vegan keto meal prep! Also, I've been trying to find an easy base recipe for a low carb snack bar. Something that's versatile so I can change up the flavors. I LOVE the blueberry vanilla cashew KIND bars but want to make it myself. Anyways your videos are amazing! So informational but entertaining at the same time.     I found that for me personally eating red meats makes my skin break out! I use to get bad cystic pimples that almost always left scars. Since cutting that out my skin is clear!
    But because of that my question is, could I still do the keto diet or incorporate some aspects with only eating poultry?

      that's so good that you are learning what works for you :) You can approach a keto diet without meat and even without dairy! There are many people who are vegetarian or pescetarian and keto, too :) Whole foods are very versatile and there are lots of healthy plant based fats- avocados, nuts, seeds, coconut, veggies, healthy oils, etc. Add some salmon in there and you're good to go! :)

      MrsBrit1 A lot of keto instagrams are unhealthy. Rarely see fresh produce and use too many sugar free products. Really is something using aspartame healthier then sugar?

      There is no science behind it. Other than that what it was developed for, epilepsy. But for people without severe neurological disorders, it's just idiotic. Just check out some blood test keto people show in youtube, usually around 300mg/dl cholesterol levels. I bet you have pretty damn high cholesterol levels also, based on these insane foods you eat.
      Bacon? You do know that it's classified as class A carcinogen? Same as cigarettes.
