It was unreleased Hotline Miami fan game named Midnight Animal. It was canceled in 2016-2017. Most of materials later gone to the OTXO, which came out at april 2023. Good game, btw. But still sad that MA never came out. But you can find some footages of playable builds and trailers on CZcams.

There is also steam workshop mods called "tape" (1 to 3), based on the Idea of midnight animal but executed in the hotline Miami 2 Level editor, i Really recomend
