Hey I had a question about cruise missiles. Whenever I try to launch more advanced cruise missiles, it says my military GNSS system isn’t advanced enough, even though I’ve launched like hundreds of highly advanced gnss satellites. Any reason for this?

Tab with 6 sat boxes. Click on GNSS and scroll down for long time, You have to manually switch to the higher quality sats each time you deploy higher tech. There is a min number of sats to allow you to switch to the new tech level and start getting all benefits.
