Update on my Catalac 9M refit

- So I've removed probably a literal ton of wood and wiring. the boat is now back to a blank canvas ready to be redone on the inside and turned into a solar electric yacht on the outside.
I'm aiming for a launch in late March, can't wait.
A washing machine fitted onto a 9m Catalac - I bow before you!
My whole quality of life changed when I could start using the washing machine! This one was a cheap used one, but it is heavy. My guess is around 60kg! If it does I might give one of those lightweight plastic toploading machines a try, but for now this one is perfect!

Yeah the boat originally had openings between the main cabin and the salon, but for some reason the previous owner closed them. The way he did it also meant you couldn't sit in bed comfortably, so opening it up fixed that issue too. And with just the two of us onboard there was no need for the bedroom doors, so that opened up space too. It really feel much bigger, and from the bed you have 180 degrees of view. It's fantastic.
Nice job on the distribution board, looks very neat.
I'll have to do a video on what the before situation was like. There was so much scary stuff there I had no choice but to rip it out and start again!
I would be interested when you get your solar arch installed. I need one on our boat.
I'll post a video when I have something to show with the solar. Probably only in the new year.
