I was able to pass the mock call! Just yesterday I got rejected by Sitel but now I passed the call simulation sa TTEC. Sobrang bilis pa nila magrespond, 1 week lang process. Tips ko lang sa mga magmamock call na, makinig nang maigi sa facilitator. Always magtake down notes at kung may time pa gawa ka ng script

So far ito yung company na may pinakamabilis na process sa lahat ng naapplyan ko. The fact na wala akong bpo experience at senior high school graduate lang prioritized parin nila. Yung mga nag interview ambilis mag respond, within a day Lang.

Hello, I did my assessment and my interview, how long should I wait for the result for OPs round.
It depends on how long they will process your application and how busy they are. On what I experienced 1-2 days hiring process, up to job offer. After the final interview they will inform you if you pass or fail. Then they will provide instructions on what will you do next (contract signing). Thanks 🙏

Mga situation po na binigay nila 1st caller is member ng health care acount na hawak mo then naghahanap ng nearest hospital na pwede nya puntahan for check up so assist mo cya, next nmn a member din naghahanap ng pharmacy na pede nya mabili ung medicine nya, other scenarios emergency call nagpapatulong ng assistance, asking details about sa health plan nya and insurance 😊 i hope naka tulong thanks much😊🙏 goodluck

Hello po, I applied in TTEC last June 5. It's a walk in application po. Fortunately, i passed the initial interview, assessment and language test. They told to me to wait for an email for my final interview but then, hanggang ngayon po ay wala pa. Ilang days po kaya iyon bago sila mag-email?
Within a week dapat call mo na lang hr nla or number na bngay nila sau for update during the interview baka na miss lang nila or madami ka dn kasabay and tinatapos pa nila ibang applicant then sbay sabay kau sched ng final interview per batch cguro binuo nila aun goodluck 😊

Hello Sir good day, ask lang po if pano ko po matatrack ang application ko. Ang last email po kasi nila ang sabi po ay magready for background check pero halos 9 days na po nakalipas wala pa din pong call dun sa reference ko. Nag email na po ako sa kanila pero no response, September 12 na po dapat yung start namin pero di na po sila nag email, ibig sabihin po ba nun di ako pumasa sa background check? You can call the number na tumawag sau for initial interview or background check or khit itext mo muna once or twice. Sana sumagot sila agad kasi medyo matagal na waiting mo and di sila sumasagot sa email. If ever nmn na di ka pumasa inform ka din dapat nila. Kung walang nareceive na call nasa reference mo di ka pa nla na background check. Maybe nalagpasan ka nila or nakalimutan. Medyo busy din mga yan sa dami ng applicant and natatabunan un iba and dumadaan sat sun plus holiday. Does TTEC also offer any work from home jobs for fresh graduates who have no work experiences yet in the CSR job? and do you also need to work in graveyard shifts most especially during after midnight hours?
Yes TTEC offers work from home but now I think mostly onsite. They hire fresh graduates and no work experience. They have dayshift but mostly graveyard it depends on the account that you will handle 😊Apply na goodluck 🙏

Go with the flow ka sa tanung at need ni client. Then sila nmn mag end ng call pag nakiha na nila gsto nila. After every situation sasabhin nila sau good and bad para sa next situation may idea ka na and mas magagawa mo na ng maayos. Importuna ung call flow search ka panu call flow. Ipakita mo lng na relax ka and friendly kay client, build rappor kahit na babarok sa english minsan ok lang un importante na express mo sarili mo and nagkakaintindihan kau. After interview you can ask them if you pass the interview or not. But If they said that they will call you back, i think upto 3 days. You can always follow up your application after interview. 🙏

Usually asked lang nila if May background and idea ka sa account na possible na ibigay sau. Idadaan nila yan sa mock call. They will give you situation about the usual call na ihahandle mo everyday. For example health care acount bibigay sau. Usually mga retired and senior citizen member nya. Bigyan ka nla ng situation na ung caller tatawag sau nagpapahanap ng hospital for her check up. Need mo lng pakita how you will give the right details sa member and panu mo cya handle. Every after situation naman sasabhn nila gsto nila marinig mula sau so sa next situation mas maayos mo na no need nmn na alam na alam mo lahat basta nag eeffort ka sagutin lahat and in a friendly way 😊 Goodluck and enjoy 😊🙏

Start ng 2 weeks training na 6am to 3pm depende sa mapagkasunduan ng batch niu then after nun night training na hanggang sa marelease na kau mag take ng calls. After graduation niu magkakaiba na kau ng time slot and off mamimili kau sa mga available time lahat graveyard sa healthcare.Di ko lang po sure schedule ng ibang acount😊 thanks goodluck and enjoy 😊🙏

Hello po.. after personal questions sa final interview proceed na sa mock call then brief ka muna nla sa gusto nila marinig sau and sasabihin nla na wala nmn right or wrong answer gusto lng nla makita na nageeffort ka na iassist si client and ibigay ung need nya na information in a friendly manner tpos input nila sakin every after situation is try to build rappor or connection to the client. Habng kunwari hinahanap mo ung info na kelangan nila eh kakamustahin mo sila and relax lang sa pagsasalita. Aun sana po nakatulong 😊 Goodluck 😊🙏

Before after passing the interviews and makapasa na few hours lang nagsend na sila ng email for further process. Wait mo lng sila if wala pa din tlga call mo lang ung number na tumawag sau for interview baka naging busy lang sila and madami kau 😊 goodluck and enjoy 😊

@@anubarnwal5213 oh sorry. Our application last year it took 3 hrs for them to send the email for further process after we passed all the interviews. It’s a one day process. You can call the number that they used when they called you to follow up your application. Maybe their just busy or there’s so many applicants. Thanks 🙏
