Worked there for 5 years. Became an SME in less than a year and became a trainer after 8 months of being an SME. Maganda opportunities sa TP and they always have openings for supervisor and managerial positions.
I even became part of the marketing team ng TP mismo.
Malaki ang growth opportunity diyan, pero of course, may politikang involved.
If you're serious in staying in that kind of industry and want to became a leader, then I urge you to apply. Maganda ang trainings nila for leadership roles.
Until now nagagamit ko pa yung learnings ko from them.
Honestly, di ganoon kalaki sahod ng leaders, pero the learnings are good. Karamihan ng leaders ay pinipirata ng ibang BPO kasi maganda ang training.

@@noone5581 unfortunately, yes. your answer should be direct to the point. otherwise, it will be boring to us. if i were you, try to watch english movies or read some english books. that way, it will enhance your communication skills. there are some recruiters who are very particular when it comes to accent and grammar construction. so, u need to work on it. good luck!
@@Jonases_20 expose naman po ako sa mga english movies since highschool mejo confident din ako sa grammar, accent and reading comprehension ko. Problema ko lng talaga ang conversation kasi kahit naiintindihan ko yung salita.. mejo hirap akong e.express sarili ko.
Pero since nalaman ko na hindi pala nakaka turn off yung direct to the point na sagot. I think that's a big help already kasi parang advantage yun saken. Thanks po ulit 😄

I worked for six months in TP Brazil. I am a Venezuelan and I worked in a Spanish B2B and B2C product. The company is good. I think, the problem is the product where the candidate will work. I worked in WAHA. If the product is good, there are chances to stay.

@@Martsgg both b2b and b2c. I worked with airline (Gol in Spanish) TP is good but it all depends on the product one is working. For instance, mine we'd 0 support but, there are other products that are really nice. Depends on the country as well.

@@danygram1 TP es buena. Todo depende del producto en que uno trabaje. Yo entré dos veces. En inglés y en español. Mi aventura en inglés duró poco pero fueron más problemas técnicos que otra cosa .

I have an intermediate level
please don't take this as common attitude in call center but what I see on reviews that it is easy to be accepted and might have high pay but mostly the OT will be sometimes paid or not. Some reviews also says it is so stress both on due and customers on call. Please clarify perhaps I am wrong. Thank you
Each companies have different ways in hiring process so the difficulty will vary per company.
When it comes to OT, those are either pre-plotted or required on the spot and is usually tracked/recorded, therefore it will be paid.
I admit, working in call center/BPO is stressful and requires certain perseverance and tough will. It's definitely hard at first but you will get used to it.

My husband speaks fluent english, he`s from USA and in the moment he had the test they told him that he sounds like a robot and then he made the test 3 times again and again, the point is that for any reason they want him to made the test and ask him for his personal information...we tought that it wasn`t a real and serious company.

Used to work for TP and my experience with them was 🗑 mandatory overtime, supervisor never really helped when needed, the contract I was in was under investigation for fraud 🙄.

@Jehasmin, as others are telling, it is true that working in a call center is stressful. You need to be mentally and physically ready from the day u are planning to apply till to the day you will do the actual job. I can also attest to that and i am finding my way now to get out in this type of job just waiting to finish this year.

Hi, i suggest you reach out to them regarding the status of your application. In that matter, they will also know that you are very interested in them and also to show that you are willing to be part of their company. Communication matters.
But TP never call again. It's been a week now unlike what they always say that it only takes 2-3 days for interviews. Can anyone tell me the reason for their delays? I pretty much sure that I did the online assessment well done, though. So please, tell me. Thanks
