My brother and sister were older they were with new ppl living their best lives then there was me raising myself. Eventually they started to care, but I was 22 with a son it's a little too late to be mom and dad. Now at 32 I'm that strict parent, but for a good reason, I don't want my kids to have to learn the hard way like I did.

Both my parents were cops when I was growing up, one night I threw a party when they were out of town for the weekend. I didnt know that people were getting high in the back yard. On monday when I got home from school my parents had literal blunts as evidence in zip lock bags displayed on the table for me. I was grounded for a month no phones no nothing.
