+bayfish100 Thanks! Its a little of both. We do mostly installation so we usually have two crews of 3-4 guys going out and each crew usually has two trucks.
nice video! would love to see how you take on putting in al paver walkway or patio. from beginnen to end how much fundation do you put in, how do you compact it, grade etc. thnx man keep up the vids love it
+Bert Bert We are just about finished for the year but I am excavating and prepping a patio for the spring so I can at least make a video on the base prep/grading/compacting.
Nice looking truck, I stumbled on your vid here & you made a comment, so i figured I would ask you this question, maybe you might have an answer. Why do they make the dump bed so small, why not have the side walls & rear swinging door taller so it could haul more stuff, which means less trips?? Thanks & once again nice truck.
The size of the body doesn't matter. Every truck has a GVWR which is the most it can legally weigh including the truck and its load. This truck legally can only haul 2 yards of dense grade or sand so having a bigger body wouldn't help unless it was used mostly for moving mulch or something light.
+J.L. Landscaping and property maintenance I misunderstood. It has the same gvw as an F450. It just has a taller cab. It doesn't weigh much more than a F450. They also have a 5500 which has a gvw of 19,500 like an F550. Same case... taller cab but similar weight.
Cool, Massachusetts! I live in Massachusetts!
I live in Mass too
How much weight have you ever towed with it? Im thinking of getting one. Thanks
I have one great trucks but I'm haven a battery issue anyway you can post a video about the battery box layout
Three yard next to it
Great video. I noticed you don't use crew cabs. not that many employees to carry around or just personal preference?

So realistically these aren’t “stronger” than an f450 or f550? They just look bigger?
Tony mocarsky from Baltimore maryland I like to see a 2017 ford F 650
1116
16000 gvw thats crazy. The new f550s have a gvw of 19000
+J.L. Landscaping and property maintenance It's pretty impressive for being a 4500!
maybe it i wasn't clear. I was not impressed. That looks way bigger than a 550 but has a lower gvwr.

Ya it just looks beefy I always thought they were 26,000 gvw? maybe that's the c5500
