In 73, they made a lot of subtle changes to this bike, many of them improvements. They changed the fenders to have rolled edges, put accordion front shock covers, went with a front disk brake, incorporated a centered neutral, turn, high beam cluster for the lights, and chromed the fork ears. They also slightly changed the hockey stripe.
