Before it was Foundry, it was Guernsey Foundry and Wargames Foundry (original Perry Brothers). They were acquired by Brian Ansell of Games Workshop fame, combined then renamed Foundry Miniatures. This was all 15-20 years ago +/-.
Typically, the Plains Indians did not use saddles, only a blanket or, later, a sheepskin or thick felt pad, unless they were employed by the U.S. Army as Scouts - then they might use a saddle. The Apache tended to use saddles more often than not..

I agreeI personally like Foundry's Wild West collection more than at other. I also think Artisan makes great looking mini's but prefer the Foundry aesthetic

Foundry Old West minis are great, I bought loads of them a couple of years ago. I like the fact that you can get mounted & foot versions of the same figure. Can't make up my mind which rule set to use though.

Thanks for the size comparison, I know some of your characters in your games can sometimes be 'larger than life' - but giants? :-) Then when you place the figures against the buildings, some wouldn't fit through the buildings doors!
Any chance you can do an American Wild West rules comparison - maybe which works for solo play? (idea for a future broadcast maybe?)
